  I am amazed at the number of comments singing their praises. Our roof replacement was the worst experience with a contractor we have ever had. Looking at dates on the comments, they tend to be almost a year or so old and I’m wondering if their sale in late ’23 had an impact on their quality of service. The salesman made a big deal about their level of supervision and protection of our property during the process. They completely failed on both counts. The first day brought a punch list of over a dozen items where extensive damage was caused to our front wall, front gate, statue, and more. This was all caused by the crew throwing the old tiles into the dumpster in the driveway while their supervisor was a couple houses down on his phone in his truck, not all of them hit the target. Once we pointed out what was happening, they changed their method of getting old tiles into the bin. They also had to come back 3 times to fix very sloppy work on two of the seams visible from inside the house. After multiple back and forth emails, we finally reached a settlement that cost us a couple of thousand dollars. We just wanted to get over it. Hope this helps someone avoid a nightmare.

  Predatory business practices, and have been spamming me with calls after I told them multiple times for months not to call and completed work with Chase Roofing who are amazing! Update: They’re still pestering me. Don’t even reach out to this company unless you want to be harassed for years to come.

  $37,500 quote for a 1600 sq ft flat roof replacement. Highest quotes from 4 other roofers was $20,000. Go figure for yourselves.

  Very disappointed with the person who inspected our roof corner. Very superficial inspection and extremely high quote for a retired senior. $2,630 for just repairing the wooden part ( fascia ) of the roof that fell down with the heavy gutter. Initially they told me that they repair gutters and once the technician came he said no. Usually I only give excellent posts, but today they requested my opinion. Thank you 🙏

  I hired this company to completely replace the roof at my building. They charged me in excess of $40k for what they said would be a quality job done by licensed roofers. What I learned is that they do not have their own crew of roofers but instead hire unlicensed subcontractors. In my case, these subcontractors did defective work that caused leaks after the roof was installed. I called this company and they acknowledge that the work was defective. What's bothersome, is that they secretly came onto my property and made repairs without my knowledge and consent. I was livid. None of this work was done by licensed roofers. I was advised that the supervisor for that crew was fired. In addition, it was discovered that the same subcontractors did not properly pitch the roof to allow drainage and as such my roof is retaining water which will require a full roof replacement. The person who was supposed to make repairs the second time was also fired by this company. It has been nothing but aggravation of dealing with a rotating wheel of disingenuous people who are refusing to take responsibility for their defective work. Kairos has stonewalled me for months and has refused to replace the roof and make repairs to the interior caused by the leaks. They use to be an excellent company but now they are just another giant corporation doing subpar work. I would steer clear of this company and avoid doing business with them.

  They’re doing a roofing job in my neighborhood and two nights in a row take up multiple precious guest spots to leave their stuff overnight, at least go to the back of the neighborhood to not take up these guest spots, making people walk far for reasons not ours. Hope this isnt for the whole weekend. Xo

  I needed a roof inspection before the hurricane season started, called Kairos Roofing and immediately I got contacted with a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman named Milan.   We had a great experience working with Milan! From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with. He took his time during the roof inspection and explained everything he found in a way that was simple and easy to understand. He answered all of our questions, walked us through the different options, and never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. What really stood out was how honest and helpful Milan was throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers and making sure they understand exactly what their roof needs. He was responsive, respectful, and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed.   It was time to get a new roof and I wanted a metal one. After 3 estimates and appointments, i decided to go with Kairos Roofing. They were fantastic from start to finish. They did a wonderful job installing a new metal roof on my home at a very fair and reasonable price. Their team specially Quinton and Sam showed great professionalism every step of the way.The Quote and Price was fair and clear from the start.They gave me a detailed estimate with no hidden fees.Employee Expertise was excellent. The workers knew a lot about metal roofing systems.They carefully measured and fit every metal panel.They answered all my questions with patience. They fixed all that needed to be repaired. The crew arrived on time every day.They kept my yard safe while they worked.They finished the job on schedule, fast and treated my home with respect.
