  After it was all said and done, I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN. Gal talks a good game but doesn't deliver. Honestly, he is just a salesman with no knowledge of the work required. When the going got tough, He quit answering his phone and would not return phone calls. Also, Watchout with change orders. they will add to the final cost of the contract and he never sent before-and-after-pictures, only after. Replaced a good portion of plywood and claimed the wood was rotted do to water leak, yet, the roof has not had a leak in 24 years. The roof was being replaced do to insurances purposes. Promised to fix a patio roof that his own roofer said it couldn't be done. He tried to call for a final before the work was completed. Never replace the facia that the patio was attached to. If I had not been home the day the city inspector showed up, he would have gotten his final and disappeared without replacing it. He replaced the facia once the inspector failed the final. The part that hurts the most is that the roof has a 25 year warranty. do you think they are going to stand by that? I'm not counting on it.

  BUYER BEWARE this company works along with TODEL CONSTRUCTION robbing people's money. I ordered a metal roof and ended up with shingles. They charged so much to replace the roof on a 1100 square footage home and did not delivered well.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Please Read Before Hiring Maze Roofing Before purchasing our home, we already knew the roof would need to be replaced. To prepare, we had Maze Roofing come out to the property to inspect the roof and provide a quote before we even bought the house. During that visit, Gal from Maze Roofing provided the estimate and told us the company could complete the project, so once we closed on the home we moved forward with them. After signing the contract, we paid a 50% deposit and the company pulled a permit and scheduled the tear-off. Gal remained our main point of contact throughout the process. After the deposit was paid, communication became increasingly difficult. Gal was often hard to understand, and when we tried to reach him for updates the office frequently told us he was in meetings. Days would go by without any response, which made it very difficult to understand what was happening with our project. Once the roof was opened during the tear-off, it became clear that the existing roof structure did not have plywood decking and instead used Homasote boards, which is common in some older South Florida homes. At that point the crew appeared uncertain about how to proceed and told us engineers might need to get involved to determine the next steps. Unfortunately, by the time this was discovered the roof had already been opened and multiple large holes were created during the tear-off process. The roof was only temporarily patched rather than restored to the condition it was in before the work began, leaving us with a partially exposed and damaged roof. What concerned us even more happened afterward. The permit that Maze Roofing pulled for the project was later closed, and when we checked with the city it was listed as “cancelled by homeowner.” We were never notified beforehand that the permit was being cancelled and only discovered this when we personally went to the city to check the status. We even have written messages sent after that date asking Maze

  ⭐ 1 Star Maze Roofing Fort Lauderdale has been blasting my phone with nonstop spam texts. I never gave them permission to contact me, yet they keep sending marketing messages over and over. I’ve replied STOP multiple times, but they flat-out ignore it. Instead of honoring the opt-out like a legitimate business would, they just switch to a new number and keep going. It’s like playing whack-a-mole with a spammer. This kind of behavior isn’t just unprofessional, it’s a total disrespect for people’s privacy. If a company refuses to follow basic communication laws before you’re even a customer, imagine how they’d treat you after they’ve got your business. I strongly do not recommend Maze Roofing Fort Lauderdale. A company that won’t respect “STOP” is waving a giant red flag.

  I have to say i've had a couple of bad experiences with roofers.. But I was highly impressed with maze! the two men that were here from MAZE were great too. Very conscientious, cleaned up after themselves . They worked so hard all day. The salesman/ project manager Nir was also great . I've already referred MAZE to two of my customers.   Ron (Roland) came out for an inspection. He was extremely courteous and thorough during the inspection. He followed up politely, and even though I went with a different company for my roof due to the distance of their headquarters to my home, he was understanding and didn't try to hard-sell me or bash the other company at all. He was respectful throughout the whole process. A+.

  When we bought a house in Boca Raton, the prospect of remote control (from Boston) to urgently put insulation under the roof (10 days before tenants move in) got us shaken. Gal Shapira became our savior. The company did the entire job, a site visit for evaluation, technical recommendation, invoice, project completion within 5 days, and sending us pictures of their progress. It is an outstanding experience, excellent communication, Gal was guiding the whole process flawlessly. We are very impressed, truly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

  I will strongly recommend maze roofing. Starting from sales rep Patrick Parson, who is first person I met. He gave me the confident I needed and he was no wrong. The company took care of the permits and it all was a smooth process . Every one of the crew members working on my roof were super polite and very clean on the work. Inspections pass without a comment.

  Maze roofing team is awesome, from sales representative to technicians. Instead of being pushy to get a new roof replacement, they said it looks like all I need to do is fix the area and my roof will last another 15-20 years. Brian, the roof tech was amazing and he understood type of roof I had and materials needed.
