  Thought they were great and thankfully did a great job according to all inspections but in year 2 while trying to schedule my yearly inspection wilhich was in the contract I was ghosted. Then found out they were no longer in business through another inspection company Chase contracted through.

  Never showed up. Contacted them be email re roofing services and got repeated follow ups which seemed good, like they were interested, and scheduled an appointment verbally. On the day of no one called, no one showed up, I texted, but no reply. How can you trust a company that can't even show up or communicate?

  Company is out of business. Had the worst experience and now I'm out my roof and my money and have a lien on my property because they didn't pay their suppliers even though I paid them.

  It took me awhile to write this review because I honestly felt ashamed and downright depressed about spending so much money on such a sub par roofing job. I wish I could’ve had a better experience with this company. The metal roof turned out looking decent but the flat roof was done very sloppily - tar and gravel on the trim, and for $45k! Wild. My house is only 2,000 square feet so it was definitely overpriced. On top of that, (this is the worst part) I had extra metal roof pieces (that I had paid for) which we planned to use for a shed project in our yard. The Chase contractor told some random person driving by that they could take the metal, so when my husband and I were out running errands you can imagine our surprise when we got a Nest notification of strangers in our carport taking our metal that we had paid for!!! Insane. I included a screenshot of the Nest footage with this review. I immediately notified Chase - emailing and calling to try to understand what was going on. When I realized what had happened, Chase had some representative (Lyle Jacobs, who was more of a salesperson than a customer service representative) called me and completely discredited my frustration and provided zero solutions - it would’ve been nice to have a credit of money back for the material that I paid for, basically stolen thanks to their employees. I suggested this and it was shot down immediately. I also emailed the owner - Tamara - and never got a response. There are other roofing companies out there who won’t charge you as much and who won’t promise your paid materials to random strangers. Go with those companies! Wishing all homeowners out there the best in their roofing journeys - it’s crazy out there!

Please know that if you think of something that would make you happy, we’d be glad to hear from you. I was surprised to see this review posted so many years after your roof replacement was completed. At the time, I recall you had copied me on a long chain of back-and-forth emails with Lyle, which he was actively handling. Since he was addressing the matter, I wasn’t aware that you were looking for a personal call from me directly. We understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations aren’t aligned. For clarity, our roof replacements are sold as full systems, not individual pieces, which means any remaining materials remain property of Chase Roofing. I regret if someone told you differently, though that has never been our policy. That said, I agree the way the extra metal was handled in your case was not ideal, and we’ve since corrected that process internally. As a goodwill effort at the time, we provided additional non-metal materials at no cost, even though they weren’t part of your roof system. We had hoped this would help resolve the situation, though we couldn’t provide materials for unrelated projects such as a shed. For transparency, the cost you mentioned for your standing seam metal and flat roof system is consistent with the standard range for South Florida projects of similar size and style. While we did our best to address your concerns years ago, it’s clear you remain unhappy. We sincerely wish you well, and we trust that future homeowners will see the care and integrity we put into every project. ~Tamara Chase

  *******Update after response.******* Accept responsibility and stop making excuses for your poor customer service. Your PETULANT response says a lot about your organization and how you handle criticism. After 2 missed appointments for estimates and poor customer service from Jeff, I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any roofing services. I immediately got better responses from other roofing companies.

  These people did a horrible job and should be ashamed to call themselves professionals. I would love to add the photos to show you all but I dont see that option to add them here.. total disappointment. Beware. Contact for photos and I will gladly provide. Thank you.

We did hear your feedback about how you think the mortar should look and after three of our most qualified team members, including the owner inspected the job they all concluded that we did install the mortar work according to building codes and industry best practices.   After relaying on Chase to repair a metal roof, I come to find out that they never properly repaired it resulting in extensive damages to the roof and the home. I learned my lesson, I am incredibly disappointed.

  Mr. Ducharme, We appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. It really breaks my heart to see how unaligned our realities are because we would have loved to have you as a customer. I'd like to clarify a few points regarding your project with us: Your project was placed on hold for nine months due to an insurance claim, which led to a necessary price increase when the project resumed. It's important to note that holding prices for extended periods, especially post-COVID, is uncommon in our industry. Timeline: Signed contract: June 20th, 2023. -Permit approved: August 27th, 2023. -Project hold requested: End of August 2023. -Updates confirming the hold: Nov 21st, Dec 4th, March 12th. -Hold removed: March 15th, 2024. After holding the job on hold for nine months, a price increase of $1,435 was implemented, which was due to an increase of labor prices and several material price increases from the suppliers after your job was put on hold. You chose to cancel the project due to the price increase. The refund process took approximately two months, with a check sent back in May for the $8,000 deposit minus city and office fees. The reason it took so long to send the refund check back is that issuing refunds is completely out of the norm for us. We have a contract that we are not obligated to release. We thought we were being kind by canceling the contract and providing a refund, even though we are not required to do so. It took longer than expected on our side to gather the hard costs, and regretfully, we were in between admin personnel, which caused further delays. We do regret the inconvenience this caused.   I had my roof done by Chase this past December. I want to say from the beginning Juan Valencia was very thorough in explaining the process of how the roof was going to get done. Every time I had a question, Juan quickly replied and assisted me. The crew came in and every time they finished the work they always left the area very clean. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They delivered on what they promised. I would recommend this company to other people and would also recommend Juan Valencia as responded and assisted me with roof process.

  Highly recommended, if you need a new roof - use Chase Roofing. 5 star service, great communication, on time & fast, super high quality workmanship, on the job managment excellent. Chase started my new roof on a 7500 sq ft and was extremly efficient and high quality. I had 3 quotes and Chase was competitive. Oct 2nd - Permit Submitted Nov 4th - Tear off the old barrel tiles Nov 18th - New Tiles Delivered Nov 21st - Tile install started Dec 8th - Roof Completion Dec 16th - Project Completed (Disclaimer - we got very lucky with the weather) Never had such great service from a contractor, congratulations to the Leadership, Management and the hard working team who get the job done!

PC Johana Cray’s knowledgeable guidance through the replacement process and dogged location of the only acceptable colored tile available, combined with the professional work ethic of the crew who respected the area and delivered a beautiful job have well earned Chase this five star rating.   I worked with Sarah Thompson to replace my roof recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The team was punctual, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Sarah took the time to explain every step of the project and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The quality of the workmanship truly exceeded my expectations — the new roof looks amazing and has already made a noticeable difference in the appearance of my home.
