Do not use this company; they do not honor warranties, claiming that everything is an 'act of God' and not covered, even when issues stem from their poor installation. He was very rude on the phone and never showed up. Avoid this company! …

Roof was replaced in June 2021 and a manufacturer warranty was issued. Old owner sold the home and traslated the warranty to the new owner. Customer service officer eyplained the new owner that any warranty are void after a catastrophe or "Act of God". It is worth mentioning that the new owner allowed another company to perform an inspection before contacting us.

Tico Roofing did a metal roof repair and paint on my residence in June 2022. Unfortunately (at my expense) I am now finding out what a shoddy, unethical and half-assed job they did. Due to the height of my home, I took Oscar at his word that the repairs were made appropriately and what I paid for but that is not the case. Screws were not replaced, washers not place, silicone was placed over screws to prevent leaking, paint is peeling. I would not recommend this company for any roofing needs.

This is one of the best companies that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with after the storm from hurricane Helen my roof was blown off and water was leaking in my house and it flooded my master bathroom several times we had our roof tarped several times due to the rain and wind blowing in off and making holes in the tarps. My son who works for mark regan crane and tree called Oscar at Tico roofing and he sent me some guys over to tarp my roof again and they were absolutely awesome they did such an excellent job that I had no more issues after that. Fast forward to the day after thanksgiving and they were here at my home at 7am they were very nice and pleasant and very professional. They worked hard and they were very good at their job. They worked through lunch and I never saw them being lazy or even being slack or rude at any time whatsoever. They finished my roof around 5pm that’s 10 hours and they were done with my roof. Oscar was there every step of the way he never gave us a run around his price was a very reasonable price and he went over everything with me before the job was done. Oscar is definitely a very reliable and very knowledgeable person and he knows how to do a great job and he knows his stuff. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I would recommend Oscar and his team because they are very knowledgeable and very honest and very professional. Thank you so very much Oscar for being such an awesome person and business man you are a great guy and I will always do business with you no matter what. Thank you for also having an awesome crew. You are all amazing.
