  My experience with Thomas & Sons Roof Repair was excellent from start to finish. After a major storm, my roof needed emergency tarping right away, and the crew got it secured quickly. Not long after that, they completed a full roof replacement, and the new roofing system looks great and gives my family real peace of mind. The gutters also needed to be replaced, and Robert did a very good job with the installation. Because the storm damage affected more than just the shingles and roof deck, some interior repairs were also needed, and those were handled smoothly as part of the project. John and Geoffrey were always responsive, answered our questions clearly, and kept everything moving in a professional and timely way. What stood out most was how organized and helpful the whole team was during a stressful time. They made the storm recovery process feel much easier and restored both the exterior and interior of our home with quality workmanship. If anyone in Whippany needs roofing, gutter work, storm damage repairs, or related home restoration, I would highly recommend them.

On my 2-story home, a little over 2,600 square feet, they finished the new roof, gutters, and full cleanup in less than two days. Matthew did a great job keeping me updated on the schedule and letting me know when each team would arrive and when the work would be completed. On install day, the crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did a solid job cleaning up the property when the roofing project was finished. Braden and the team kept me informed throughout the job and explained a few small adjustments that were needed because of earlier moisture damage around parts of the roof decking. They also replaced the chimney cap, which took extra attention, and handled that part with care. The gutter work was completed shortly after by another crew.
