  The guy who came to give us a quote for a new roof was at our house for FOUR hours. He was there past 9:00 pm. He talked the whole way through dinner, clean-up, bed-time for our kids (one is a baby), etc. It was super awkward and uncomfortable - he would not leave. On top of that - he was nice until it came down to us not wanting to choose a more expensive option. He wouldn't take no for an answer. It was incredibly unprofessional and all around weird. We will NEVER call them again.

  They did a great job installing siding however removing it they have no respect for your property.They killed my bushes and grass.They also dont stick to there word.They finished the job on a Sunday and now 3 days later dumpster still in driveway a nd left material causing my lawn to die.They are also way way overpeiced.I would recomend finding a more professenal buissness were you can get straight awnsers and not being told there going to do something on a certain time and never follow through.

  "Caveat Emptor"- "Let the buyer Beware!" While the roofing job was average, they made a ton of empty promises, lied about management overview, and failed miserably in the cleanup - leaving nails and debris all over. Don't believe the hype; don't believe the pretty videos. They don't send PJF employees - they subcontract out the work. Get competitive bids and go local. Avoid PJ Fitzpatrick.

  Had your service repair team out to do a roof repair for a leak in our bedroom, they let me know that the roof was really getting to the point of needing a replacement so we agreed on some temporary work (about $1K) and setup the followup appointment to get an estimate. Unfortunately the repair was in the wrong place so i needed them to come back and called 2 days later that it was still leaking. I was told no repair appointments were available for about a month (annoying since i just paid for the repair). I would be put on a "priority list" which never amounted to a call. Fast forward 2 weeks (still waiting BTW for the original repair fix), Deep Goraya from PJ Fitzpatrick shows up to give the full roof estimate at the scheduled time. I let him know that he had an uphill battle on winning the overall job since eventually any roof (even a new one) could need repair and I couldn't get anyone to show up for at least a month. That it concerned me to give full replacement business to a company who couldn't service the work in a reasonable time and I might never see them again after the install. he smugly told me that it was a different part of the company and had little concern over the issue. I explained why it was relevant to me and his response was "Respectfully, you're in a different industry and we are busy".. "Respectfully" I told him the estimate was over and he could leave the property. I also messaged the company afterwards and told them about this interaction, and they had little to say or care about it. If you are in North Jersey, look elsewhere for a roof replacement, I would never give these guys that kind of business. and if Deep Goraya shows up, tell him "Respectfully, get off my property"

  I realized I never edited this review after receiving their incredibly overpriced estimate, the number was absolutely astronomical and I recommend using someone who is not a chain to avoid the serious price gouging.

  I would never recommend this company. We agreed to a gutter repair / service with new gutter guard installation. The original service date agreed with Sales team was missed. It took multiple phones calls for me to even in touch with someone responsible for our project. Despite claims by the Sales lead, the Project Manager never set foot on property - leading to issues during installation where the agreed materials were unusable. This led to the sub-contract team and PM proposing to swap for inferior materials without a price adjustment. I had to insist on a new quote and adjustment. Final payment was made to contractors onsite at the completion of service, as required in service agreement. Final payment was then listed as unpaid, followed by a double charge for the final payment - first by an ACH withdrawal and then cashing the actual check. Reimbursement of the extra final payment took nearly 2 weeks. Not a single member of management or leadership reached out to discuss or apologize for the issues encountered. I would not work with this company again.

  Signed two contracts on 5/29 and left a 4,400 deposit. Several weeks later after having no contact about my job I started calling their 800 number. After several attempts and being passed along to different “departments” someone contacted me which took about a week. They informed me my sales person was no longer with the company and that one of my two jobs was done incorrectly and could not be fulfilled. Frustrated I accepted the outcome and agreed to put the deposit on the cancelled job towards the other project. I just asked this sales manager Christopher Roberts if we can get my job moving asap. He assured me he would but it took almost a week for me to be contacted again. When I was contacted by a “production manager” I was told someone else would be contacting me about scheduling a measurement. Why is someone contacting me to tell me someone else is going to contact me? Another two days went by without additional contact. My job is not scheduled. This company has thousands of dollars of my money. I’m growing convinced it’s a total rip off scam - I’m shocked their ratings are so high online. Even calling their 800 number is strange with so many different departments that seemingly do not coordinate well together and only certain people can help you and of course it’s never the person you are talking to. Stay away from this company you can definitely find someone better.
