if i could give 6 stars, i would. the roof and gutter work was excellent, finished fast, and done with very high standards. what really makes this roofer stand out is the customer care from start to finish. communicative, transparent, and generous the whole way through. jonathan in the office was outstanding and made the entire process easy. he answered questions quickly, explained the roofing scope in simple terms, and kept everything clear with scheduling, materials, and updates. it is rare to find a roofing team that combines strong craftsmanship with this level of service. from the first call to the final cleanup, the crew was professional, honest, and respectful. they handled the job efficiently, paid attention to detail, and made sure the shingles, flashing, and gutter work were all completed the right way. if you need roof repair, a full roof replacement, or gutter service, this is the team to call. dont overthink it. these guys are the best, and i would gladly recommend them to anyone.

After a strong storm, I noticed a brown water stain spreading on the upstairs ceiling and even heard dripping in the attic near the chimney. I was really stressed because the roof is older, and I thought the flashing or a few shingles had been damaged. The roofing team responded quickly, inspected everything, and found cracked architectural shingles, loose step flashing, and a small soft area in the roof decking near a vent boot. What stood out to me was how clearly they explained the problem. They showed me photos, pointed out where water was getting under the roofing materials, and walked me through the repair plan in simple terms. Once they started, I felt much more at ease because they were straightforward and knew exactly what needed to be done. They replaced the damaged shingles, repaired the chimney flashing, sealed the vent boot, and changed out the weak section of roof decking. They also cleaned the gutters in that area since shingle granules and debris were causing backup and could have made drainage worse during heavy rain. It was helpful to have a roofer that understood how all the parts of the roofing system work together, from shingles and flashing to decking and gutter flow. The crew was respectful, worked efficiently, and did a great job cleaning up nails and scrap materials. When they finished, the roof looked neat and solid, and the repair area blended in well with the rest of the roof. Since the work was completed, there have been no more leaks, no larger ceiling stains, and no damp smell in the attic. The whole experience turned from a stressful roof leak into a real relief, and I’m very happy with the roofing repair and the way everything was handled.

Hernandez & Sons Roofing installed three metal roofs for me, including a multi-unit building, my house, and my garage. I was very happy with the first roof, so I hired them again for the others. They put on a standing seam metal roof with real skill and attention to detail. After a major storm, all of the roofs held up very well. The only issue was a small dent on the garage ridge where a large branch hit, which says a lot about how strong the roof system is. I own several properties and have worked with many roofing contractors, so I know the difference between average work and a truly professional metal roof install. These roofs stand out for both workmanship and material quality. The installation looks clean, solid, and built to last. I like doing things the right way the first time, and that is exactly what I got here. The crew was easy to work with, dependable, and professional from start to finish. I feel confident these metal roofs will protect my properties for many years and give my family one less thing to worry about. If I ever need another roofer for metal roofing work, I would gladly hire them again.

recently we had a roof leak after several days of heavy rain in Lake Hiawatha. Our 2-story home has a concrete tile roof, and i called a local roofing crew to inspect the problem. They responded quickly, came out on a Sunday, and found the source of the leak right away. While checking another section above the stairway, a flat roof area, they also noticed the sealant around the skylight and nearby joints was pulling apart, and the old skylight had visible cracks from age and wear. We hired them to handle both repairs, and the crew returned promptly. They fixed the main leak, which was traced to lifted attic exhaust flashing and roof tiles that had shifted, letting water get into the attic and damage the ceiling below. They also found some worn roof decking, so it was replaced along with the attic fan and matching flashing to keep the roof system solid and watertight. The work was finished before the next round of rain, which gave us real peace of mind. After that, they replaced the flat roof section and installed a new skylight. chris and the crew were professional, explained everything clearly, kept the job site neat, and made sure the repairs blended well with the existing roof. jonathan was easy to work with, the pricing was fair, and eddie made the whole process smooth. great job overall, and i am very happy with the roofing repair and skylight work.

After seeing several roofs they completed in our neighborhood and hearing strong feedback from nearby homeowners, we decided to hire Hernandez & Sons Roofing for our large roof replacement in Lake Hiawatha. The whole experience was smooth and much less stressful than we expected. They took extra time to help us choose the right shingle color and roofing style for our home, and the pricing felt fair and reasonable. The crew was organized, professional, and careful with cleanup throughout the job site. Communication was clear from start to finish, the work stayed on schedule, and the roof was completed even sooner than expected. We are very happy with the finished roof and the overall workmanship, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing services.

We had several roof leaks over time, and Chris was a huge help from the start. He first handled a repair, then came out quickly when two more leaks showed up, covered the problem areas, and helped us figure out the source of the water issues and the next steps toward a full roof replacement. Jonathan was also very helpful when going over financing choices, different shingle options, and warranty coverage so we could make the best decision for our home in Lake Hiawatha. Most homeowners are not expecting to suddenly need a new roofing system, so this really caught us by surprise. Even so, the whole process has been smooth and well explained. The team has been professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable about roofing materials, attic ventilation, and long-term protection. We are looking forward to the installation soon and feel relieved knowing we will finally have a strong, reliable roof we do not have to worry about.

i highly recommend this roofing team to anyone in Lake Hiawatha who needs a new roof at a fair price. the whole process was professional from start to finish, and Eddie was on the job site much more than i expected, which gave me a lot of confidence. The crew, led by Jonathan, was friendly, efficient, and skilled with every part of the roofing work. They handled the tear-off, roof inspection, replacement of the ice and water shield, underlayment, and drip edge with real care and attention. They also installed a new bathroom exhaust roof vent, and Jonathan even went into the crawl space to connect the exhaust duct to the vent so everything worked properly. i really appreciated that extra effort. They gave the small roof over our breakfast nook the same attention as the main roof, and the flashing work there was even better than what was originally installed. The whole roofing job was done neatly, with solid workmanship and good communication throughout. if you need reliable roofers who do quality work and take pride in the details, this crew is a great choice.

I had some trouble with a leaky roof and wasn't sure how serious the damage was or what steps to take next. After looking into the best ways to handle roof repairs in Lake Hiawatha, I reached out to a local roofer for advice. Chris got back to me quickly and scheduled a time to come by and check things out. He clearly explained my options and gave me a fair estimate. Chris and his crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job fixing my roof. I'm very happy with the work they did and would definitely call them again for any future roofing needs. It's great to find a roofer in Lake Hiawatha that you can trust.
