  Had Keith and the team replace our attic fan with a burnt out motor. They were a bit busy due to all the recent storms, but they were able to put us on their schedule within a couple weeks. They were a pleasure to work with, definitely recommend!

  I used Nagy Roofing to re-roof a large shed and to replace an attic exhaust fan. My father was a home builder in southern New Jersey; growing up and through college I worked for him as a framer. I also worked with a roofing crew. I know what the proper roofing process is. Randall worked on my roof. He removed the existing roof down to the joists and installed a new roof from the plywood up. Every stage of the job was textbook perfect. When Randall replaced the house’s rooftop fan, he meticulously lifted the existing shingles, installed the new fan and used the original shingles around it. The result was no mix-matched colors which often occur when new shingles around the fan look different than the original shingles even when the color is the same (due to aging). I would rate Nagy Roofing a “10”.

  We had roof damage after a storm, Keith Nagy was the quick to respond to evaluate the damage, gave us a fair estimate, and quickly scheduled the repair after we were ready to move forward (waiting on homeowners insurance). He did great work, and was very nice. Highly recommend.

Stone Chimney Leak Repair in Boonton, NJ This roof is only about 5 years old, but the stone chimney has reportedly been leaking since the roof was installed. During our inspection, we found large gaps in the counter flashing, questionable corner details, and multiple areas where caulk had been used in an attempt to stop the leak. With a stone chimney, proper flashing takes patience and skill. Caulk isn’t a substitute for a properly installed flashing system. For this repair, Nagy Roof and Repair will remove all of the shingles around the chimney and past the cricket, remove the existing flashing and counter flashing, and start from scratch. Once opened, we’ll inspect the roof decking and underlying waterproofing before properly rebuilding the chimney flashing system.
