  Spoke to the owner when he called me. He assured me he would get back in touch. It has been over six months. They made all kinds of outlandish claims as to why they cant honor their contracts. I had to hire an attorney to represent me instead of having the roofing group represent me. They were hired to fight with my insurance company for me for my whole claim but as soon as they got their roof money i never heard from them again. Not even to get my roof deductible back. If they fix what they did I will update this review. Scam company. They love to operate in other states as the states have limited options by the time enough people complain.

  I had signed up with “The Roofing Group, Inc” to do three properties which were damaged by hurricane Ida. I had them put tarp on all three roofs. On one house the tarp has completely come off. I reported to them on Jan 13, 2022. They said they were going to re-tarp it several times but have not tarped it again. They did the roof on a 4-plex I have but they punctured the copper tubbing of the air conditioner for one of the units. They first said they were going to have their own a/c person look at and see if he could patch the pipe. He never made it out there. The owner of the group said he would send me a check for half the cost of running a new copper line outside but no check was received after 10 days. I pushed for a couple of months for them to do the siding on the gable which the insurance company was demanding that I do. All they did was delay on that and I may have my insurance on the 4-plex cancelled. I can not recommend this company at all.

  I had originally contracted TRG for Hurricane Ida-related damages to our roof and soffit & facia. The original service rep Bryan, came out quickly, performed an estimate, and wrote out a service contract. The original contract included the removal of old roof, new roof installation, replace turbine vent with center ridge vent, and repair and replace soffit & facia. I paid by 50% downpayment, with the rest to be paid upon completion. It took about four weeks for them to come out and repair the roof, which I totally understood as there was massive damage across the entire region due to the Hurricane. However, when they finally came to perform the work on the roof, and were showing me the completed work, I noticed that they did not replace the turbine vent with a center ridge vent, as stated in the service contract. Further, they did not repair the soffit & facia- as stated in the service contract. Rosie, the new service rep, told me that they had a soffit & facia team coming to the New Orleans area in abut two week, and we were on the list. I waiting four weeks before trying to call TRG -every single day- for two weeks. It took two weeks of calling every day for someone to -finally- get back to me. This was early December. At this point, I was told that they would work on getting someone out, and that I should hear from someone within a few days to set something up. Another two weeks passed with no communication. I tried to call again- multiple times before hearing back from -anyone- for several days, and was told that it would be likely after the new year (due to the holidays). I now have tried calling TRG several times again, and have not heard a response. I paid a 50% downpayment for the soffit & facia repair, that they said they would do, and wrote on the contract. I cannot get in touch with these people and they have a serious aversion to calling paying customers back. I was willing to look past the incorrect attic vent originally but now, in conjunction with the

  We had such a great experience with The Roofing Group. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer our questions, explain the process clearly, and keep us updated along the way. We never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening. The crew was respectful of our property, worked hard, and paid close attention to the details. They kept the area organized while they worked and did a great job cleaning everything up afterward. The quality of the work was exceptional, and we could tell they took pride in making sure everything was completed correctly. What stood out to us most was how easy they were to work with. They were dependable, communicated well, and followed through on everything they said they would do. We are extremely happy with the finished result and truly appreciate the care and effort their team put into the job.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend The Roofing Group for any roof repair or replacement needs. Paul Harris is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and takes the time to provide honest, straightforward advice without any pressure. His pricing is fair and reasonable, and he truly looks out for his customers’ best interests. In today’s world, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find contractors who combine integrity, expertise, and excellent communication, but Paul and The Roofing Group do exactly that.   The Roofing Group was great! Very helpful in making a decision on an old roof. They did great work in a timely manner & were willing to adjust schedule as needed. Workers were very thorough. Progress this week on the tile replacement here in Naples. What's under your roof tile is critically as important as the tile itself. The tile is decoration for the underlayment. How the risers and vents are installed can also impact the longevity of your roof. The details such as how the risers are fastened can impact the mortar and hip ridge over time.
