  Was up in my attic today and did a count of how many sheets of plywood they replaced. They ripped me off for 10 extra sheets to the tunes of $800.00 If you use these people be sure to watch them like a hawk . In my opinion they are not trustworthy. Roof looks terrible shingles folded up all over the roof . Many sheets of plywood should have been replaced and were NOT . Dont get the Owen's products either they suck and left staining all around the house ... YMMV.

  Over priced roof leaked and destroyed my guest bedroom. Took 2 months of a single employee squeezing me in for the repairs. Never made it a priority. I was told to just sit around on my day off waiting for them to finish other jobs because new profit is more important than finishing the job they’ve already been for. Boomer Dave the sales guy will play shell games with the numbers. Beware, hasty work and profit chasing caused me a huge headache. Maybe they should focus on customer service first. Won’t be recommending.

  My roof was replaced and I paid in full $9130 despite my estimated was $7900 and repairing the soffit was included in the estimated but it was not repaired and I have been reporting it for 3 weeks and it’s not repaired yet

  We had this company do our roof last year and they did a fine job but they were absolutely horrible at communication. People showed up at our house when we had no idea they were coming, tried to call the office to see what was going on, they had no idea. I hope you’ve gotten better at this in a year because it was so frustrating

I can't say for certain what happened since this happened last year, I can tell you though that we are now using a better CRM for automatice updates sent via email and text to our customers anytime that a status change to their job is made.   Due to Matt and Chris avoiding my calls and sending out different employees that can not fix the problem that they are responsible for (they hired the sub contractors) and did not give their project manager instructions as to the specifics of the job. I am going to let the pictures do the talking.

  Our brand new roof come out great. The crew who worked on those hot and rainy days were amazing and very hard working. Customer service was on point, answering any questions I had and/or would respond back in a timely manner. Definitely recommend!

  Matt and the Roofing Company gave us the best price on the replacement of a section of flat roof that we needed to replace for insurance. His team did a great job and were really tidy in how they left the area when they were done. We will use them again. I even passed his name along to my insurance agent as a good guy to refer folks to who need repairs.

  There’s no words to express how grateful I am to work with this company. I’ve had a leak that caused my ceiling to caved in and have called several different companies and no one was able to get the problem resolved. This was my last attempt reaching out and I could not be more grateful. The turn around time was fast and efficient and I’ve not had an issue since. A year later I noticed two small spots on my ceiling, panicking because I was sure the roof may have to be replaced but no, it was some shingles problem that again was taken care of my the team at The roofing Company. I will recommend this company to anyone who needs roof repairs. Thanks team for all you’ve done to help a single mother, your support is greatly appreciated and God will continue to bless your company.

  I highly recommend The Roofing Company. Joshua was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. My roof was replaced promptly and the roofers were professional. The price was reasonable and I am happy with the results.

  Honest, Professional, and Truly Looking Out for the Homeowner. If you’re considering a roofing company, The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay is the one you want. I highly recommend them! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. My contact person, Evan, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. During the process, they discovered an issue with spray foam insulation in our attic that could have impacted both ventilation and the manufacturer’s warranty on our shingles. Instead of just pushing forward to collect the final payment, they took the time to crawl through our attic, assess the ventilation, explain the problem clearly, and offer solutions. They absolutely could have kept quiet about it, but their honesty and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. They followed through on every recommendation and made sure the corrections were done properly before the final payment was made. I am so grateful I listened to a friend who suggested I give this company a try — I already had three quotes and was ready to choose someone else. Not only did they work with me on pricing, but they were transparent with timelines and delivered exactly what they promised. They also did a great job cleaning up, including picking up the majority of the nails. Professional, honest, and dedicated to quality work!
