  In desperate need of a contractor to fix my roof after Milton I found these guys. Appointment setting was easy and the lady on the phone made it seem like no problem. Day before appointment I get a call from them basically saying my job isn’t over $1000 and they could not help me as they’re prioritizing the big jobs. Made me feel like my money wasn’t good enough. Went with another company, got 6 neighbors to jump in and it looks like we just earned a company thousands and they gave us a great price. Regardless of what this company says, they don’t care about you. If they did, they would’ve helped me in my vulnerable, desperate time…. And they didn’t

  Good morning Mr. Russell. I am sorry to hear we were not able to help. What our team advised was that our shingle repairs start at $1,000.00, this has been our minimum to mobilize a repair team of two men for years. We further advised that unless you had an active leak, we would like to reschedule for Tuesday as we help all the neighbors with active leaks.

  Someone came out and gave us an estimate for roof repairs and ac unit replacement. I told them my ac was only 3 years old and didn't need replacement. I requested a new estimate without the new ac unit and I got ghosted. No one would return my calls, no new estimate, no contact at all. Customer service is terrible. Stay away.

  Horrible, damage area was only 5feet in diameter.. they dumped nails all over the yard… expanded the job area on purpose to 25 feet. They were paid never finished the job. No other companies have touched the roof but yours… until today… I’ve had 3 companies come and look at all the damage you did off the Tarp install… alone. They cannot understand why you took a 5 foot patch job and turned it into a 25 ft repair…putting nails everywhere …this is the end of it.

  Where do I start? I will start with the sales person who was texting and emailing every day with promises of top-notch service and the best price. He reached out again offering a negotiable price. I told the salesperson our topline budget which was $700 lower than quoted. He immediately agreed to the lower price and sent documents to be signed. Within 24 hours I had someone there to collect a check. That's pretty much where his customer service ended. The company set up a schedule with me for material drop off which occurred while I was working. The roof that was scheduled to be replaced was a separate building on our property that had a very dilapidated roof and it was totally obvious which building would be getting the roof, especially since the roof on our house had just been replaced in 2021. So, you can imagine my horror after work, when I noticed that they had delivered all the shingles and put them on top of my house roof, and not the location that was supposed to get the roof. In addition to that, the delivery truck crushed a corner piece of my driveway pavement. For two days I stressed about what damage had been done to my home roof while they slammed heavy packages of shingles onto a new roof and then had to figure out how to get them all off without doing further damage. Was that enough? No. Lo and behold, the project manager comes to the door when they were 2/3 through the work to let me know, conveniently, that they had to replace more panels than originally quoted and therefore I owed them an additional $666. Now, isn't that very close the the $700 that I negotiated off of the original price? What a coincidence!!! When the crew came to pick up their materials, a ladder stabilizer that we had for our own heavy duty ladder went missing. Now, I'm not saying it was stolen, it was likely taken by error- but the company claims no responsibility for this. I was told unless I have it on video, it didn’t happen. When I told them I wanted a disc

As you mentioned, your ridge vent was dented due to that and we went ahead and replaced it for you. We are very happy with the end product and are hope you enjoy it as well. - Regarding the wood change, we understand your frustration and that is why we provided a significant discount off the wood - Once everything was completed you asked for an over $700 discount for your inconvenience and while we did not see $700 as fair we offered you $250 to have dinner on us. We understand you viewed our offer as unsatisfactory and we viewed your desired compensation as unjust. Thank you for your business and your review, we do appreciate the opportunity.

  My old roof had to be replaced and several roofing companies provided estimates but would not touch my solar system. Thank goodness for ProTek! They not only gave me a good estimate for the roof but also agreed to remove and reinstall the solar system. Service has been great starting with William who listened patiently to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and helped with the contract. Work began quickly with great 2 man crew removing the solar. Yesterday my beautiful new roof was installed by Tito and his exceptional crew! They did a wonderful job! I highly recommend ProTek*****
