  Roof was done and completed. Terrible cleanup. I was picking up roof material from my yard, out of bushes and finding nails in my driveway for a week after they left. This was after someone came and said they would clean up all material and walk a magnet around to pickup nails.

  Poor service they don't stand by their word! I had my roof replaced three years ago, and as a homeowner, I rely on the company to let me know what I need. Of course, the salesman is no longer there! They never offered hurricane clips or even mentioned them! I had to have an inspection done and only to find out I have no hurricane clips or straps! I called the company to place the clips they want another $5,000. Plus they screwed nails through my existing gutters and for them to take the gutters off the back half of the house would cost another 2,500! If you're thinking of this company think again!

  This company takes unsolicited photos of your house and uses those photos in unsolicited, inaccurate mailers that state you need a new roof. Our recent inspection actually stated that our roof is in great shape! Such a creepy advertising tactic. Would never hire someone that does this.

The photo you are referring to is actually pulled from Google and is displayed on the photo. We have never been to your house or have taken any photos of your house. We use public information to determine the age of your roof. Roofs lifespan can vary drastically depending on their environment. We are happy to see that your roof is in great shape and has more life ahead of it.

  BEWARE!! This company seems to be maintaining their five star rating by offering people money back in exchange for removing their honest negative review. It’s what they just tried with me. I had a positive experience with Baldwin Roofing when they conducted a roof inspection for me in early 2024. This positive impression was the reason I called them out to handle my shingle repair following Hurricane Milton. Unfortunately my experience during this repair was very different. The salesperson had to increase my original quote to reflect a mistake he made on our roof pitch. The technicians that did my shingle repair initially removed the wrong section of shingles, requiring them to expand the original scope of work to correct their error. To further compound this situation, these same technicians chose to fabricate a series of lies about what happened in an attempt to receive additional payment for the additional work their error created. This resulted in our salesperson contacting me twice more to request yet another increase to the amount quoted for this repair. Fortunately I was home and paying attention to the work being performed so could easily rebut these falsehoods. But why should that be necessary? And how many repairs has Baldwin performed that were not this closely monitored, and resulted in requests for additional money over the original quote. I have no complaint about the quality of their work, but have serious concerns about the caliber of their character, and the questionable approach they took with my repair by making three separate requests for additional money over and above the agreed upon price. If I ever need another roof repair, I will not be calling Baldwin, and cannot in good conscience maintain my earlier recommendation for others to use their services.

  Called to try to get a Roof Inspection and was told it would be $350 that would be credited if I decided to use them. I usually deal with companies that provide Free Estimates.

We want to clarify that we do provide FREE ESTIMATES to homeowners, and we would be more than happy to offer one for you. Typically, we only charge when producing an inspection report and photos for submission to an insurance company. This fee covers the time spent inspecting the roof, gathering photos, and writing the report. Again, we apologize for any confusion, and we appreciate your understanding.

  If you don't know how to speak English, don't contact them, call them and they don't give you an option nor do they commit to helping you. My experience with Tampa Bay. It was fatal. They didn't treat me well and hung up on me

  quick response. follow up from every contact. hard working crew. seemed like 7 or 8 on the roof. completed tear off, installed new roof and hardware before end of second day. protected property and did excellent clean up. multiple follow up visits to verify job done properly. overall, from the excellent insurance company to the sales, on job supervision and follow up, it exceeded expectations and I recommend them 100%.

  Baldwin Roofing did a good job replacing my roof after Hurricane Ian damage. It took almost two years for the tiles to be available from the manufacturer but Jamie Camarena with Baldwin was excellent with communication throughout the process. The installation crew also communicated everything they were doing and accompanied pictures of each step. Their work was clean and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Update: February 2026 I called Baldwin Roofing because the downspout was separating from the gutters. Initially I was told by Cody from Baldwin Roofing that Baldwin was not responsible for reattaching the downspout and recommended that I call a local contractor to reattach the downspout. That was not a response I was expecting from a reputable contractor. However, the next week I received a call from Adam Duty of Baldwin Roofing telling me they will be in my area the next day to take care of the issue. Adam was pleasant and professional. He reattached the downspout and secured all the remaining downspouts. I thank Baldwin Roofing for understanding and taking care of the problem. The overall job they did met all my expectations and I thank Adam for taking the time to make things right.
