  6-19-2025 Shingle Master on Thackston Drive in Riverview, FL. Our community has had multiple roofing companies doing work throughout our community, and this is the only company that allows onsite workers to blare loud music from the rooftop. Has been blaring since 730am this morning, sounds like you are in a nightclub, and can be heard from 5 houses away. Tried calling company multiple time - NO ONE answers the phone. The unprofessionalism of this company and the other low google ratings are concerning. No respect or consideration of other residents.

  STAY AWAY!!!! BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS!! Notice no1 likes the reviews! Lol. Terrrrrrrible work. They will offer you a fantastic price and leave debris all over your yard and all of your neighbors yards… It is a headache waiting to happen. Pictures to come. STAY AWAY

We acknowledge that large-scale construction endeavors, such as roofing projects, can generate significant noise disturbances for neighboring residents. We strive to maintain a clean worksite and prevent debris from entering adjacent properties, although we occasionally fall short of this standard. If this was indeed the case for you, I offer my sincerest apologies. We have followed up with our client, who expressed satisfaction with the cleanup process and overall project execution. Our records indicate that you did not receive a quote from our company, and we take pride in the authenticity of our customer reviews.   I had a terrible experience with Shingle Masters Roofing and Construction! Buyer beware! They were lazy and cut corners. They put a large crack in my ceiling. They installed 2 goose neck vents on the roof near my soffit because they were too lazy to check that one tube wasn't connected to anything and the other tube was connected to my bathroom fan, but that bathroom is closer to the center of the house and they had left the tube coiled up and located far from my bathroom, so I don't believe it could have vented moisture properly. They get lots of great reviews, but thankfully I had a Wind Mitigation Inspection done in addition to Shingle Masters own Wind Mitigation inspection report. The other company found that the "double wrap hurricane straps" installed by Shingle Masters were not installed according to Manufacturer specifications. Shingle Masters emailed me the parts used. I contacted the manufacturer, who looked at the pics that Shingle Masters had provided, and verified that their product was not installed properly and therefore provided no protection. The owner of Shingle Masters, Michael "Ed" Beauchaine, emailed me "The application is sound and has been accepted in all previous installations. We have done hundreds of these and never failed an inspection or had them installation turned down." Mr Beauchaine then said "Since they don't meet the manufacturers certification requirements, we are willing to do one of two things 1. Refund you the portion of your job for the double wrap straps or 2. Redo them according to Simpson requirements." I received that email August 16, 2024 & I replied 2 days later via email, that I wanted a refund. I have asked multiple times, and I still have not received the refund I am entitled to. I would recommend that anyone (hundreds of people) who have paid Shingle Masters for double wrap hurricane straps to get a qualified individual to see if the straps were actually installed properly. Otherwise, unfortunately, you, your family

  From our very first phone call with Dallas, my wife and I knew we had made the right decision regarding our roof repair. The customer service and professionalism we experienced from the beginning immediately gave us confidence that we were in good hands. The very same day, Mr. Donny O. arrived at our home for a consultation. After thoroughly inspecting the roof and assessing the work that was needed, he took the time to explain every detail of the repairs and what needed to be done to properly secure the roof and prevent any further leaks.   Wonderful roofing company! Shingle Masters Roofing came to our home in Riverview the same day I called about a leak in our roof. They were quick to get it repaired! The work was excellent and they are very clean and careful (which is awesome)! Highly recommend them!

  Called Shingle Masters after the last storm blew several shingles off our roof. And honestly, the experience reminded me why we trusted them in the first place. They're the same folks who put the roof on our house about ten years ago. Eric and his crew showed up right on time, which already puts them ahead of most contractors we've dealt with. They replaced the damaged shingles quickly and cleanly, but what really impressed me was the extra step they took: they identified a problem we didn't even know existed and flagged it before it could turn into something much bigger and much more expensive. That kind of foresight is rare. The whole experience was marked by consummate professionalism: highly cordial, very respectful of our property, and the job was done perfectly. No surprises, no mess left behind, fair price. Living in a state like Florida where most things feel transient, companies come and go, contractors vanish after the check clears. It's genuinely refreshing to see a company still standing firm a decade later, doing the same quality work. Can't recommend them enough.

  We are very well pleased with our new roof. This company went over and beyond from our roof consultant Donny Owen who explained all the benefits of our new roof very clear and precise to all the roofers that worked out in the hot sun and cleaned up very well each day and even came back and ran the magnet for nails and blowing everything off 2-3 more times. Very impressed with this company.

  Shingle Masters has the best customer service and best follow-up service for roofing. They installed our roof 6 years ago and have come back to help with warranty coverage and post-hurricane repair 3 different years since then. Always courteous, on time, excellent cleanup, and always ready to help when called. Most professional team I've met. Highly recommend.
