I had some shingles blow off our roof that is not even ten years old. I called them they sent out "JULIA" next day she gave me the quote which was more than fair. She was wonderful to do business with, her personality was great. I gave her the go ahead she went to the shop to get what she needed came back to make the repairs all within 2 hours. She explained every step of the way. Wonderful to do business with and would recommend them highly.

From the start the communication from Julia and Rosie was great. I am an out of state owner that needed a new roof on a rental house asap. I own multiple rentals and was not looking forward to not being able to be there to manage it. It was hard to meet anyone in person from other companies, and even then I wasn't confident they'd manage the project well with me not being there. Julia gave me a great rundown of her findings...they work to communicate with tenants which greatly helps since I can't always answer the phone. Every step of the way I could see a live photo drop of the progress which gave me confidence the project was being done well. When I called I expected their pricing to be far above much lesser competitors, but was happily surprised it was right in line. With that it was a no brainer...they even helped me with a siding trim piece repair and chimney cap. They offer 0% financing over 18 months which really helps if you don't want to use avl cash. I haven't even gotten to see the roof yet and I'm leaving a 5 star review because of the service, ease, and price. Highly recommend...get Julia and Rosie on your team and you won't regret it! I wish every project I did was this smooth.

Working with United Better Homes was a great experience. Starting with the first visit, they took pictures so they could explain what was causing our leaky rubber roof. The installation had to be done when the temps were 42 plus degrees …

Such an easy and expedited process. It only took 1 month from our first meeting with our rep (Ira) to not only have our panels installed but also getting a new roof. Thank you to everyone for the quick work!

Their workmanship was very professional. I am very satisfied with the job that they did on my roofs. I would recommend them to anybody that wants to talk to me about having a roof done.

I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend United Better Homes. Starting from the initial contact and sales representative, David H., to Rosie and David L., along with their roofing team, Mike and Todd with Electrical, and the Solar installation team, I remained well-informed about every aspect of both the roofing and solar projects. I consistently received updates at every stage of the process, and any inquiries I had were promptly and professionally addressed. UBH is a clear-cut choice for a 5-star recommendation.
