We recently purchased a home in Warwick with a 30 yr old roof. Our insurance would only cover it at a pro-rated cost if something occurred. Dennis met with us about a week after we moved in and was able to get us scheduled for the following week. He sent a crew of around 2 dozen people and they were able to get a fairly large and complicated roof replaced in just a little over a day and did so at a very reasonable rate. The roof looks great and the peace of mind we have coming into fall and winter with a brand new roof is priceless.

New roof, gutters and soffit vents. Great communication and very responsive through out the whole process, a hard find in many service industries now-a-days. The crew was efficient and did a great job cleaning up. Thank you!

10 years ago Midland Roofing put a new roof on my home. This year from the ice dam a starter shingle dislodged. I called and spoke with Dennis and he had his guys come out and took care of it for me. Excellent customer service never any issues. I would recommend Midland Roofing 💯 Thank you 😊

I was very pleased with the roof and gutter guard installations Midland Roofing did for me. Showed up early, cleaned everything up and finished up same day. Dennis came by my house to take a look at the original roof and helped us decide on the right shingle for us. I highly recommend Midland Roofing.

We hired Midland Roofing to put a new roof on my mother's ranch house. Dennis, owner of Midland, came to the house, assessed the job, and followed up with us right away. His estimate was fair and my mother liked Dennis, and the fact his approach did not pressure her. A crew of roughly a dozen people showed up at the designated day/time and in one day, they installed a new roof and cleaned up. The best part about Midland? The clean up was amazing! We highly recommend Midland Roofing!! It was a great experience. They also provide a Warranty that will transfer to a new home buyer, if that arises.

Let’s face it. No one really wants a new roof. But when you need a new roof you want a great experience at a fair price. Midland Roofing did the job as promised with nine new skylights installed as well. The experience was as good as it could be without exception. So glad we called Dennis Wyatt to discuss details.

UPDATE: Just had the titan gutter guard put on they are the most amazing guards the birds are no longer there and was surprised how much debris was still deep in the gutter that the guy blew out. Dennis works are all kind friendly and compassionate he helped me out with a few things my husband couldn't do due to being injured they all have my praise and would only hire them for any further work . Very compassionate company I cannot say enough great things about this company. From the initial contact with Dennis i never sought any other estimate not because of pricing but the comfort and trust I felt with Dennis . He was more than patient especially not knowing what they were getting into. This is a 1925 year old house with many surprises when you were updating a full roof replacement from a 1975 or 1980 roof and a bathroom we found out with the roof being flat we thought only would need rubber shingles found out after this being a summer home that whoever put on the bathroom tilted it backwards. I cannot say enough to Dennis and Alan and his crew of amazing workers that were kind, considerate, and didn't leave one shingles or nail in my yard . Well worth every penny
