Want an honest review? I had the roof replaced on both my house and garage by QSPS in February. Once completed, I collected over 100 nails left on my property. After one rainstorm my bathroom ceiling was completely saturated with water, …

4.8 stars? They must be buying their reviews. The roofing process begun in November 2021. It’s April, and the bump on my “New Roof” hasn’t been checked on. The only time the owner was prompt in responding to me is when I got the check from the insurance. They had two contracts; roofing and painting my ceiling. The process has been so Frustrating that I had asked the insurance to give the second contract to someone they recommend. The insurance told me they cannot do much unless the roofing situation is finalized. Absolute nightmare. I called the insurance and asked them to

Absolute worst! I have no idea how this company has such a high review. I got my roof installed in December of 2021, after this there was a leak coming from the skylight. I tried contacting them to come fix it and it was always the run around or NO RESPONSE. After months of my roof leaking they finally came to cover the skylight (in late March of 2022) for which they said they would add a vent and they did not. Again, I’ve tried contacting them regarding the vent and no response.

Do Not use this company under any circumstances. Their workmanship is terrible, they take no responsibility for their mistakes, and are out only for the quick buck. They never finished the work they were contracted to do, skipping entire …

QSPS got my roof approval On time after the heavy rain and wind destroyed my roof. After they started my work, they brought to my attention a few pieces of my siding were missing. Greg worked for two days and got my insurance company to approve the replacement of my entire siding. I appreciate the work and time you put in making my home new. Thanks for always answering my questions and picking up my calls.

Greg and everyone at QSPS Housing Solutions blew me away. This wasn’t just a roofing job. It was white glove service the whole way. From the first call, Greg was on it, patient, thorough, and genuinely looking out for my best interest. They handled the insurance process like pros, met the adjuster themselves, and kept me in the loop without overwhelming me. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently. The roof looks fantastic, and they left the place spotless. No surprises, no headaches, just honest, high-quality work. If you need a roof and want a team that treats you like family but performs like elite pros , this is the company to call.

Roof looks good and they did it in one day. Insurance paid. HOWEVER, it’s been months since it was done and our solar panels still haven’t been reinstalled. We’ve called, emailed and spoken to our sales person, Jason Recove, without any success. If they reinstall the panels, I’ll change my review but as of 3/12, they have not been done.

I was very happy with the work done to put the new roof on my house yesterday. After a few bumps and delays with the process, the crew showed up yesterday and worked non stop. By the time they left almost 12 hours my roof was completed and anything that was on the ground had picked up, including what had fallen in my flower beds
