  Workmanship was wonderful. Crews were polite, respectful, and did a great job installing and cleaning up. Unfortunately, what should have been a one day installation became a multi-week install. Everything went wrong, some of it out of the company’s hands. BUT! Not initially ordering the replacement shutters and then ordering the wrong size is poor work. The storm door came in the wrong color and design but it was damaged and so became a non-issue. They reordered the correct one and a better quality door. The exterior door we wanted replaced we were never able to finalize. The office staff is always polite and upbeat, but there is a definite disconnect somewhere.

  IF YOU CONTRACT WITH THEM, LOCK YOUR WINDOWS OR MAKE SURE SOMEONE IS AT HOME AT ALL TIMES!!! This company was hired to fix the roof of my apartment building by my landlord. I was told they would only be working outside the building and no access to the apartment was necessary. I came home from work to find that someone from their crew had entered my apartment THROUGH A WINDOW, into my kitchen to plug in an extension cord for their equipment. This was a clear violation of my personal space! I immediately called the landlord and he was upset as he told them several times that no access to the apartment was allowed. I am understandably pissed off! You can't do this to someone just because they are renting. Edit: I contacted the company directly, someone was nice enough to call me back, I was offered a $100 visa gift card which was placed in my mailbox when I was not home. I will be returning the gift card, $100 can't replace my sense of safety.

  After spending about a month working with this company and signing windows replacement contract for entire house (sales person was great)... 3 weeks later owner just called me and told me that they cannot honor the contract and left me with nothing else but to look for another contractor again. Meanwhile windows prices went up in 2024, so it will cost me more now just because of a delay. Bottom line: Check twice if you want to consider this company for your project. You may get a reasonable price, but finding weeks later they are not interested in your project due to low profit is a big deal. Their sales process is broken. I would expected reliable contractors check contract details before wasting customers time with funny proposal, while I could meanwhile go with another contractor. Find more reliable company, please. I never had such a bad experience.

  I was looking to get my siding done and everything seemed promising until the work began and there were multiple thing that just disappointed me. For one the workers were not professional, they left their personal trash (soda cans, wrappers, etc.) on the grounds around they property, swearing to each other even after mentioning the to the guy running the job. They were inconsiderate when it came to the landscape, I felt like there was a lot of damage done to the bushes, trees, and flowers that could’ve been avoided they set up in the lawn instead of just using the large driveway. But what really got me was that when looking at my gutter after the project was wrapping up, I realized that there was black spray paint around the bottom of the gutter near the elbow piece, I had picked black gutters, but they used a white elbow piece and spray painted it black in place. I also felt like some parts just looked unfinished. There wasn't good communication between the person running the job and the actual workers. I had lights that I want to put up in a specific order which I had sent to the one running the job, and they were put up wrong and had to be fixed, there was a flag that was taken down that I didn’t wanna put back up but it was put up by the worker anyways. Wouldn’t recommend, I regret not going with someone else even if it was more money. UPDATE: The company did reach out to me to resolve some of the issues above. With that being said it was also brought to my attention by Marshall’s contracted electrician that when installing the siding the workers had drilled through my electrical panel causing sporadic power lose and arcing in the panel, lucky it didn’t catch fire. This is still under investigation by Marshall’s and I am waiting to hear back with a resolution.

  This guy don’t know how to behave in public . I show he went physical and tries to assault other Lowe’s customer and police were called . This is not the way professional behave . I would not use these type of aggressive contractors near my family

  The crew arrived on time. They did a beautiful job with our new roof. They took care to make sure Hardscapes and landscaping was protected. Everything was cleaned once they were done. Would definitely recommend them!

  Marshall had add this 2 story porch several years ago along with siding and windows. I had them return and add 3 season windows to the second floor. Outstanding result, they worked closely designing my vision. As always their team and build crew are great, attention to detail and finish. I highly recommend

  From the time the consultant came out to look at my roof and give me the quote until the time they finished the roof replacement they were fantastic. The cleanup was exceptional and I could not be more pleased with the way the roof looks now. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.
