  I scheduled an appointment with Skyview Exterior for a new gutter estimate on Monday, May 19 at 9:00 AM. The employee arrived after 10:00 AM and told me he would send the estimate after returning to the office and entering the measurements into his laptop. I never received the estimate on Monday, May 19, nor during the entire week that followed or the following week afterward. I followed up again on Wednesday, May 27 in the early afternoon and spoke with a sales representative, who stated that he had my estimate and would send it later that afternoon because he was currently in Boston. As of 9:00 PM that evening, I still had not received anything. At this point, I no longer want the estimate because I do not trust this company. In my experience, the level of professionalism, communication, and reliability has been extremely poor. If the company did not already have online reviews, I would honestly question whether the appointment was legitimate, especially since the representative spent time inside my home looking around even though I was only requesting a gutter estimate. Homeowners, please be aware.

  AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! DON'T Trust other 5 stars reviews because they could be fake reviews! I did not use this company because the owner is not responsive and not honor his words. Just like all other negative reviews stated that he will not respond to your msgs or calls unless he has nothing to do. He also tries to up sell you something that you don't really need at the moment.

  I’m so grateful for the experience I had with Skyview Exteriors and Remodeling. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly friendly, patient, and understanding. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, answer all of my questions, and explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable and responsive he was. Whenever I had a question, he was prompt to respond and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. It’s not easy to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but that was definitely my experience with Skyview. I truly appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and excellent service I received. I would absolutely recommend Skyview Exteriors and Remodeling to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. 5 stars without a doubt!

  This company is the best i can ever recommend, not only did Edwin do an amazing job on my roof, but he truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
