I’ll let the pictures speak for itself, The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in quite some time. They did not care that I have a puppy. They did not care that they tore the fence down on a Monday and couldn’t come back till Friday because they didn’t check the weather. I had to clean up after them after watching the crew on my camera do absolutely nothing for hours at a time. Reached out to the owner or whomever was at my house to let him know how disappointed I was and how I communicated with him all week no response. Thanks YOU GUYS DID AMAZING

The quality of workmanship was not up to standard at all. When I looked closely, I noticed that the shingles were not aligned properly, and some areas already looked worn out. It gave the impression that the work was rushed just to finish …

The team’s professionalism was lacking. They often arrived late, and on some days didn’t show up at all without any notice. It made planning around the project very difficult and frustrating

They might be the best roofers in the world for all I know. But based on the guy driving the black dodge pickup truck thru the tunnel with the 3 foot long towing mirrors, exhaust pipe bigger than a basketball hoop, flashing green lights, …

This guy tried to fix my roof, but then it collapsed onto a school bus full of children. Luckily everyone was ok, but he then blamed the children for being on the school bus.

We had a roof leak on an aging roof, so I called Justin to see if he could come take a look and give us a quote. He came out to inspect the roof the same day I called, and I had a very reasonable quote within an hour of him leaving. Justin is extremely knowledgeable and his attention to detail is second to none. He and his team do exceptional work, and it’s very obvious that they take great pride in it. They had the whole project complete in a day, and they left my yard looking better than they found it. Our new roof looks amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

Charles, thank you for the wonderful review—I'm thrilled we could get out the same day, find the source of the leak, and get you a fair quote quickly. I really appreciate you noticing Justin’s attention to detail, the pride our crew takes in the work, and how we left your yard clean. We’re glad you love how the new roof turned out and thanks for recommending The Residential Roof Doctor, LLC.

Justin and his team did awesome. Everything from start to finish, from estimates through production thoroughly exceeded my expectations . They resheeted and shingled the entire roof in one day, end result is spectacular, a much needed improvement to my house. I watched the team work in a very meticulous manne, detail oriented! I definitely recommend to anyone wanting a very fair price, good comms and an amazing result in a timely manner.

We unexpectedly learned that our roof and skylight were in desperate need of replacing just a week ago. Naturally, we did our due diligence and collected estimates from local contractors, but Justin came HIGHLY recommended by a fellow roofing professional and we decided he was our guy. Not only was his pricing fair, but communication was consistent and clear from start to finish. We first spoke on Monday, and we were scheduled for Thursday that same week. Granted, we had to postpone a day due to weather but I personally would not want to work on a roof in pouring rain, sleet and high winds either! Justin made sure to confirm the night before and his team arrived the following morning at the scheduled time. Once they arrived, they hit the ground running. The team ran like a well oiled machine and they worked tirelessly until the sun had already gone down and the job was done. They were highly efficient, respectful and thorough in cleaning up the debris. Standing outside, you can see a beautiful new roof, but no other sign that contractors had been there staked out around our house just yesterday. We were highly impressed by the team, the finished results and the entire process in general. We highly recommend working with Justin for any roofing needs you may have. You won't be disappointed.

Justin and His team were nothing short of amazing. From the beginning of the process to the ends Justin was so accommodating and had his guys come quickly to assess the roof, within two days they came back and repaired it in less than 2 hours. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about this roofing company! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. The quality of their work is top-notch—every detail was handled with care, and the finished roof looks incredible. On top of that, their prices are extremely affordable compared to other quotes I received, but they didn’t cut corners on quality at all. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and had the job done faster than I expected. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers excellent craftsmanship, quick service, and fair pricing, this is the one to call. Highly recommended!

A common question we hear is about replacing gutters. Look for signs like frequent clogs, sagging sections, water stains on siding or foundation, or visible cracks. These indicate your gutters may no longer be effectively channeling water away from your home, potentially leading to water damage. Prompt replacement protects your property's structural integrity.
