The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for The Metal Roof Outlet. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

The metal roof co-op just finished our new standing seam roof, and it looks fantastic. The in-house (and not subcontracted) team who did the install was friendly and professional. They accomodated my bizarre work schedule, cleaned as they went, worked quickly and really seemed to take pride in what they were doing. Back in the office, Andrew the project manager was extremely helpful with explaining different options and materials, pros and cons of everything, and how the whole process works. We really got the sense that he wanted to make the right choices for our specific situation, and not to just "make a sale". They were the first quote that we got, and ultimately the one that we went with, despite getting 7 more afterwards. If you're considering metal for your roof, save time (and money) and call them first!

Bill gave me a quote for new gutters and down spouts. There was availability and was installed the same week. Thank you!

Bill and his crew did a wonderful job installing a new metal roof on my mother's house. He came out several times to meet with her and review options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and great to work with. An enjoyable experience from start to finish and my mother's roof looks great!

They were willing to show me how install the roof. So I was able to save $$ by doing some of the work myself.

I stopped in looking for enough material to complete a small project and left a very happy customer. Andrew got to know what I was looking to accomplish and was there to provide guidance, offer suggestions and treated me like I was the most important customer. Great communication, follow through and a superior level of service which is rare to find in today's world. I definitely recommend doing business with Andrew and team!

Had them over to my house last year and got a quote that was quite reasonable. Was going to have steel coated shingles put over my existing garage roof, but I want a tear-off instead so I'm definitely gonna get a quote from the MRO for that and I really want them to do it.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 31 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 31, of which 25 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
