Right from the start, The Flat Roof Specialist impressed me with their customer service. When I called for an initial inquiry, the staff was not only welcoming but also exceedingly knowledgeable. They answered all my questions without hesitation and scheduled a consultation at a convenient time for me. The customer representative followed up with a courtesy call a day before our appointment to confirm, which I found to be a thoughtful touch.
