  Hello, I have been trying for about a month to reach new paradigm regarding my roof. I have received no response, They installed a roof on my home and a few shingles were blown off. My roof is under warranty however i have not been able to get into contact with anyone from the company. This is concerning and disappointing. These were NOT builder grade shingle and extra money was paid for upgraded shingles. I hope i can use my warranty for repair, I would really hate to have to reach out to another company for something that I thought was covered.

  Leaking from the edge of the Padio that not installed properly by New Paradigm in 2022. After inspection, I was told It is out of warranty. It is not leaked from the Shingles and would be not covered. Work man ship is only 2 years.

  We had scheduled someone to come out and look at our roof. The gentleman came and said that we definitely needed a new roof and they could help us. My husband called to the gentleman back a couple of weeks after he came by. He told my husband he was out of town and would call him back to start the process with the insurance company. The gentleman never called back and my husband called him a few times after that. We never got a response back. Our insurance company sent someone else out instead and we will be getting a new roof next month. We were going to ask new paradigm to remodel our kitchen also but after the roof incident we will find someone else

  NEW REVIEW 2026: In preparation for selling my house, New Paradigm did some minor touch-up work and inspected the attic sheathing. Thanks to JJ Parada for working with me to coordinate things on short notice and in time for closing. His crew did a great job, provided excellent documentation, and explained everything thoroughly. The price was very reasonable as well. ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2022: New Paradigm Projects replaced my 20-year-old roof and they were absolutely great to work with. I was initially uncertain whether my insurance company would cover the cost of the replacement (minus the deductible), but Angelica and her team at NPP walked me through the entire process and explained how each step would go. They did not make any empty promises and were open and honest about how they expected things to go with the insurer, the HOA, and the actual replacement job. Once the insurance company gave their approval, NPP scheduled the work quickly. The roofing crew arrived on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything really well afterwards. Everyone at NPP is just very professional, helpful, and quick to respond to questions. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first, but Angelica and NPP really came through in every regard. I highly recommend working with them.

  This 5 star review is for JJ (Juan) from NPP and his wonderful work in getting our roof repaired, overseeing the project of interior ceiling repairs for leaks, and the immense patience he had with us for the lengthy project we had. JJ was the greatest to work with and that's not a light comment because my partner and I are difficult customers, who are very picky, and hard to please. JJ went above and beyond to ensure that we were content with the job done and the only reason we were able to complete the project with NPP was because of JJ. Coming from a family that does property management work, I know first hand how difficult it is to be a field supervisor and fixing issues that come up, JJ handled it all with compassion, understanding and professionalism at all times. I am very grateful to JJ for his resilience and patience in taking care of our needs and dealing with the claims of our home insurance to get the job done. Thanks JJ!

  I asked for help from New Paradigm after I noticed a visible wind damage to the roof. The storm restoration specialist JJ Parada came and inspected the roof. He carefully walked me through all required steps, including filing the claim for the insurance company. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend it.

  I called NPP for a second opinion. Another company told me I needed a roof for my townhouse and was told I had bats hiding. JJ told me my roof was fine and checked for bats and found nothing. I had a bad experience in the past with contractors so I’m very weary. I just bought this house and needed to make sure I found someone honest that was not going to take advantage of me. I was able to have JJ also inspect my windows because I had cold air coming in….he told me which ones needed to be replaced. I never felt pressured to buy. He was very thorough. The install was done in 1 day and left the house very clean. He takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the work done reflects that. Now my other windows are starting to condensate so I will be calling him again for that.
