  4 of the 7 gutters they installed have had water run behind them or have fallen off my house. Presidential Exteriors been inconsistent on fixing them and have left metal scraps where my kids play each time.

  CONSUMER BEWARE. The salespeople of this company insist on meeting two spouses or adults for the “no-obligation estimate”. Just to be clear, I am not a customer, things didn’t even get past the quote, but I figured I’d share anyway. I didn’t find them, the door-to-door salespeople of this company found me, knocked on my door, and offered to give me a free estimate to replace my windows. Very nice people, by the way. However, they absolutely insisted on having 2 adults present for the in-person estimate. When I mentioned that it was going to be just me, no reason to bother my wife, they just cancelled the estimator’s visit. They called again about a week later and tried again to schedule, insisting that one decision-making adult just won’t do, and refused to schedule it with just me. At that point, we agreed not to pursue doing business together. Anyone who dealt with home improvements know that it’s perfectly reasonable to get a quote from a salesperson without assembling grandparents, cousins, friends and neighbors, but, I guess, the world of window salesmanship operates differently 😊 Now, I won’t tell you why I thought this behavior was a red flag, but anyone who is curious can do a cursory Google search on why salespeople want two spouses present for a sales pitch, and make their own conclusions. One thing to note – everyone I spoke with are very polite and courteous, no complaints there.

  Be prepared to budget at least an hour to receive an estimate, and to sit through a lengthy/awkward sales pitch from the estimator in your home covering a lot of superfluous topics before you ever receive a quote, which they will not email to you for some reason. We called for a simple exterior repair requiring very little in terms of design decisions.The rep was friendly, but I was not prepared to host him at the kitchen table and chitchat for 30 mins in the middle of a workday. I totally understand it’s a sales strategy, but the personal questions and overall conversation became increasingly awkward as the meeting dragged on. I did give 2 stars because they scheduled the visit the same day I called.

  I don’t even know where to start. I have been constantly harassed by this company for my business. It’s started with the sales team ignoring my no soliciting sign on my property. I have two signs that state no soliciting. I then gave these guys a shot and decided tohave these guys quote me on windows. The quote came back extremely high for windows that were mid-tier. They then kept reducing the price to gain my business. When I asked the sales team to give me time to go over the quote, the sales team pressured me into signing right then and there stating “you won’t get this price again”. I ended up having someone else do my windows and was extremely happy with that installation. They again went to my door (ignoring the sign) and wanted my business again. I then asked for a quote on new doors to get multiple quotes from different businesses. After multiple calls, I was told they could not give me a quote without my wife present. This alone was enough to never give my business to these guys and ensured me this company will never work with clients for their needs.

  Cameron and Tyler visited my home in Potomac and were very aggressive on trying to sell me a new roof. Please read the No Solicitation signs and stop bothering people! This is not cool!

  This company has come through our neighborhood multiple times, and every interaction has been aggressive. Their representatives do not take “no” for an answer and continue pushing for appointments after being told we are not interested. I have even asked if they could simply leave a business card or pamphlet so I could contact them if I decided I was interested. Every time, they refuse and insist they have to schedule an appointment on the spot, then continue arguing when I decline. The final straw was when a representative walked directly into my open garage while my three young children, all under the age of six, were playing and even began speaking to my one-year-old daughter. That was completely inappropriate and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Ironically, I actually do need my windows replaced. Had someone simply left their information and respected my boundaries, I very well may have contacted them. Instead, these high-pressure sales tactics ensured I will never do business with this company, and I would strongly encourage others to choose a company that respects homeowners and their families.

  Had 2 doors done. Team arrived on time. Work was done well above standard of the doors that they replaced. Doors were extraordinarily high quality. Installation was extraordinarily high quality. Great supervision of the PM coming out and looking, and the QC folks doing it, and just a great team. Would highly recommend five stars.

  Richard & Angel did an excellent job. I had few finishing touches to house trim; capping garage, new house sign and replacement exterior lights. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

  Did 24 windows in three phases over 18 months for ~$950/window. The sales process was probably the worse part of the experience. Chris Lynch was very responsive thru the whole process and I was impressed by the crew that showed for all three phases (different crew each time). They arrived at 8am and was generally wrapped up by 1pm. You can tell that there's a lot of overhead at this company, which is reflected in price/value. Windows have been great so far so it seems to be worth the trade off. I've seen my neighbors work with smaller companies and they'll take more than a day for a job (which is unacceptable IMO because you're left with a trash bag over an open window).

  The entire team was professional and always onetime. Never once had to do follow ups on the project. They replaced my siding, I would highly recommend this company.

  The door was installed well, but the calking was sloppy and there was damage to the trim installed above the door. For the price, I would expect more attention to detail.
