  I've never done any business with this company but they're calling my cell to try to sell roofing inspections after we had a light hail storm in the area. Suggest avoiding these scammers, it might encourage them to drum up business through positive referrals rather than cold calling people at all hours of the day. Edit: Call was from Michael, identified himself as representing Texas Top roofing - not sure how much more due diligence you need than that.

  Buying a roof is a big purchase and finding a good, ethical company to work with is hard when you haven’t had experience in doing so. Consumers rely on feedback from other people when deciding which company would be the best for them. We purchased this roof in 2013 and started noticing large water leaks in 2019 around all the flashing points (chimneys, valleys, piping and ventilation). Our ceiling sheet rock started caving in because of this issue. The manager/owner Kevin sent an employee out to inspect the areas and found the leaks. He then falsely accused us of hiring another company to fix his work. As of now, we are having to purchase another roof due to their poor workmanship and unethical values for their customers. I have given many opportunities to resolve my issues with this company and they have done nothing but avoid them. If I would have known this is how they treat their customers, I would have never chosen them for the job. The average roof, when correctly installed, should last anywhere from 15 to 20 years, not 6. I do not recommend choosing or trusting this company.

  I had a new roof and new gutters installed on my home. Overall, it was a good experience. Henry Mejia was very helpful and professional. From the street level, the new roof and gutters look very good and very well done. And the work was done quickly, with the agreed price and as scheduled. ... The only issue we encountered was that the gutter installers mistakenly screwed bright silver leaf protector screens onto the top of the red gutters -- not included in the contract, kludgy design, unsightly and unwanted. Henry had these removed the next day; but , while not likely to be noticed from the ground, numerous ragged screw holes in the top horizontal lip of the gutters remain behind, and no effort was made to repair the screw holes in any way. So, 5 stars for Henry and the overall project; 5 stars for the roof; but for the gutter installer mistakenly adding unsightly the leaf guards and left-over, ugly screw holes on brand-new gutters, I would have assessed 5 stars for the gutters too.

  I think it was great to get my roof completed in a half a day. The guys really worked hard to keep trash off the yard. They raked a lot of the yard to get left over roofing. . Henry was very attentive to ask me different times if I had any questions. All went well,

  Henry was fantastic to work with! He took the time to explain everything they would be doing and patiently answered all of my many questions. I always felt comfortable reaching out to him if I had additional questions. Henry represented Texas Top Roofing and Siding with the utmost professionalism.
