We contacted Charlie Tuberville at TN Roofing Concepts this Spring when we had damage to our roof after the many winter storms. Charlie was happy to meet the insurance adjustor at our house. They spent time together discussing the options, and they corresponded directly via email. Charlie shared various locations of nearby homes with different shingle options so that we could see the roofs in person before making our decision. After it was determined that we would need to replace the entire roof, Charlie promptly provided information that helped us receive an increased replacement value. His team was very professional, polite and respectful of our property. They worked long hours in the very hot August sun. We were out of town for part of the project and the project manager Carlos sent me drone videos of the work at the end of each day so we could see the progress. After completion of the project the team returned to the house two different times to clean up random debris. Charlie also phoned to make sure we were pleased with the result. While we hope not to need their services again we would highly recommend Tennessee Roofing Concepts for any roofing needs. We were very pleased with the communication and the work that was done.
