  This review is in regard to the encounter I had with the professional driving the completely wrapped pick-up truck with the company’s name and phone number this morning on I-65. I truly believe that if you are a part of a company/organization and are going to display that representation you should uphold a standard no matter the circumstance. The driver of the vehicle with license plate '034 H1 36' decided that it was too much of a task for him to sit behind a semi-truck while coming off the on ramp and merged from the on ramp to the far left lane instead of waiting the extra 6-8 seconds to allow myself and the other car behind me to pass causing me to abruptly slam on my brakes going from 75-55 in the blink of an eye. There was no acknowledgment of his action despite me honking my horn and flashing my high beams as I saw him coming over. He simply sped off because whatever he was getting to was far more important than the lives of others on the road. Huge thumbs down on your driving and even more so for how you represented yourself and QE Roofing this morning.

  Since your incident we have installed GPS on all company trucks. These help monitor safe driving and notify our office if reckless driving occurs.   I am delighted to strongly recommend Austin Cowell and his QERoofing company. His guidance and advice throughout the whole job were important to me. I appreciated his experience in working with insurance companies and shingle manufacturers. He far exceeded my expectations in dealing with my insurance company—I DID NOT HAVE TO GET INVOLVED WITH THE NEGOTIATIONS AT ALL! Austin Cowell kept me informed all through his negotiations until the insurance company finally agreed to cover the full cost. The QERoofing crew was on time, proficient, and courteous. My house and lawn were fully protected with large tarps and everything was clean at the end of the 6 hour job! I was surprised at the speed of the job. It could not have been done better! QERoofing Company is an excellent company! I am very happy with my new roof!

  I had a great experience with QE Roofing - they worked great with my insurance company, their work is exemplary, and they had the entire job done in a day. Easy to work with, extremely communicative, and they went above and beyond whenever we had a question. Just overall great folks, great price, can't recommend highly enough.

  I had an excellent experience with Austin Cowell and his QE Roofing Team. I strongly recommend Austin for all roofing issues. All know, of the many roof companies knocking on your door that are less than par, trying to get you to replace your roof through insurance. Most are aggressive young adults talking off a sales pitch list. (Even when they see 2 "No Soliciting signs"). I called Austin because I wanted honesty, experience, integrity, and quality of work done on time. In the initial talks, I sensed Austin was a good person. He identified what type shingles I had, which had a recall for manufacture defects. Austin put in the preliminary time and worked diligently to help me through the warranty claim process. He recommended a quality shingle and discounted the difference at a fair price. His communication was professional, informative, and he personally followed up several times after the install. I doubt you will find a better roofing company than QE Roofing.

  QE installed a cricket to prevent water ponding against the chimney at the junction with the roof. They were prompt and finished the job within a few hours at a reasonable cost. We would use them again if the need arose.
