  My HOA selected this vendor to install new roofs on various homes in our townhome development. Needless to say, I and other homeowners in my townhome development were very disappointed with the quality of their work and their lack of response to not accepting responsibility to damage caused to our properties throughout the roof installation process. They worked very quickly and the roofs were installed very timely; however they weren’t careful. Because they weren’t careful, they damaged some of the HVAC ductwork in our homes and would not accept responsibility. They also damaged a lot of landscaping as well as outside devices such as an air compressor and related outdoor items. None of the homeowners had these issues before they installed the roofs. In summary, while they installed the new roofs quickly, they were not careful and consequently people had damage to their homes which they refused to accept responsibility for and ignored repeated contact attempts to remedy the issues reported. I would think twice about using them.

  Had the worst customer service experience with this company and was left in the dark throughout the whole repair process. I had to call the office repeatedly to get updates on the project and voicemails were never answered.

  The service was amazing! Brian showed up on a day when it was starting to rain, and fixed my roof where an old satellite dish had torn loose. He was super nice, and even went out of his way to find matching shingles and cleaned the gutter in the area where the dish was!

  I have had three roofs replaced and I am about to get a fourth, in addition to repairs made. The professionalism and response time is second to none and the price and quality are on point. Updated. 6 roofs with them. My primary, our second home and four rental houses. They were exceptional at every step.

  Our roof had hail damage and PRs worked with our homeowners insurance to almost fully pay for a brand new roof ( 40 year shingles). We are very happy with how they fixed and repaired the entire roof which should better withstand any other hail storms. Good job back in August of 2025 for our new roof.
