If you have skylights or a high end priority with copper trim, do NOT use Three Stone Roofing. They replaced my roof, broke one of the skylights, cut off HVAC pipes they did not know were HVAC pipes, did not attach lightning rods back, did …

When we contacted Three Stone, we had high hopes based on their reviews and the word of a number of other neighborhood contacts who said they did a great job on their roofs/claims. Our experience was not the same. We worked with Three Stone to file a claim and they followed through on that part of the process; the job was to replace our shingle roof, metal roof, and downspouts and gutters. The roof went ok, with the exception of clean up (see photos attached of all the nails and metal shards). Throughout the rest of the project, there were delays, wrongly ordered material, lack of communication, lack of follow up, and length of time to complete the whole project. Similarly, the mess that has been left throughout the yard was just not been what was expected. The metal work took entirely too long (2+ weeks) and it was less than 100 sqft. The initial product delivered was wrong and we were promised three different days for install....didn't happen. They showed up on Friday, late morning, but couldn't finish because they didn't have a ladder. They didn't finish the flashing on the lower portion of the roof. They showed up late (10-11am) and then left early (by 3pm). I was also told that it would be no more than an hour and half to finish on the second day, but they ended up going into the third day (a Saturday), again which they didn't show up until late morning and were gone by 2pm... the only consolation was that it was finished. This was not an all anticipated or expected based on conversations with their "Specialists." Limited or conflicting communication, so many different people involved in the project, but it was evident that no one was talking to each other. The project is complete, but it took way too long and there were so many conversations to get answers.... And know that most of their communication is through text. Trying to get someone on the phone is nearly impossible. I could not recommend them for future customers, primarily due to the

They gave me an outrageous quote for a few minor repairs. Called another company and they not only did a more thorough inspection, they found other things wrong and their quote was less than half what three stone wanted.

Imagine being fast asleep just to be jolted awake by something that sounds like someone is tearing your house down at 7am by Three Stone Roofing tearing off a roof. This company obviously has no consideration for the neighbors of their clients. I went to talk to someone on site and ask why they were making so much noise while people are trying to sleep and all they could tell me was "HR tells us we can start at 7". It's sad when the pursuit of money and profits causes companies to completely disregard being considerate of others. Please see the response from the owner. It's exactly what I described. First he tells me it's legal (doesn't make it right). Then he says it's "essential for us" . . . "for our work" and that these timelines are necessary. (Read it's all about me, not you) Necessary why? So you can make more money? If there are fewer daylight hours then you work shorter days. Are your guys not paid hourly? I hope it's worth it to you to disturb the peace so you can make a lot of money man because I'm sure that extra hour in the morning is going to bankrupt you. Update, it's July of 2024. My neighbor said he hired these guys. I got the letter and called them and expressly told them I am not ok with them starting at 7am. There is no daylight excuse because we have light until 7.45pm. it took me more than one call and the company went to my neighbor to try and get him to convince me that 7am was an acceptable start time. Finally, they did start at 8 instead of 7 which I do sincerely appreciate so I have upped my review by a star. I do maintain that this should be standard operating procedure though.

    Reply from the business

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly understand how disruptive construction noise can be, especially early in the morning, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Our start time of 7 AM is in line with both your HOA guidelines and City of Franklin ordinances, which allow construction to begin at that hour. As we move into winter, it’s essential for us to start early to make the most of the available daylight for our work. To help keep the community informed, we regularly send mailers to the direct neighbors of our projects to give them a heads-up. Please know that we care deeply about our clients and their neighbors, and our goal is never to disrupt anyone’s peace. Your feedback is important, and we appreciate your understanding as we navigate these necessary timelines. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out directly at (615) 434-3333.

I had my roof done by three stone roofing and year ago and I called them because I had a small leak coming from the chimney flashing. Simon was the project manager and he came out to do a leak test and found the potential cause of the leak and patched it. I really appreciate three stone for rushing to my home and taking care of me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

Jorge with Three Stone came out to investigate and discovered that the problem wasn't the roof at all. A pipe was missing an elbow joint that should have angled it downward, which was allowing water to get into the attic. What really impressed me was that even though the issue had nothing to do with the roof they installed, they still offered to fix the problem for us. That kind of customer service and willingness to stand behind their customers—two years after the original job—is hard to find. It's easy for a company to provide good service when they're doing the initial job. How they treat you years later when you have a problem says much more about the kind of company they are. Thank you, Three Stone Roofing, for going above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend them!

I would highly recommend Three Stones. From the beginning of the process to the end the personnel were professional, kind & respectful and committed to providing the best services that could be provided. Sean, who was my first contact and coordinated with my insurance company & the adjuster, was extremely knowledgeable and made the initial process go very smoothly. He was proactive in getting things started, but was very patient when a family emergency delayed the implementation of the original timeline, & then rapidly got things moving when I was back in Nashville. Austin, came to again check the roof and confirm the services needed and to set the final dates for the installation & he will be back to review the work to ensure its quality. Finally, Mike was the on-site supervisor on the day of the work. He was here at 6am to make sure everything was ready for the work crew (which were efficient & very careful of my property). He was an active supervisor who supported his crew & kept an eagle eye out for any damage that became evident as the old shingles were removed. He was on tops of any problem & made sure the appropriate materials were provided to address the issue. He sent regular updates & drone pictures of the progress so I was aware of the state of the work. At the end of the day, he walked with me around the house to let me inspect the work & explain what they had done. He was the last to leave at 5 pm. I truly felt like he & Three Stones had a commitment to ensuring that I & my home was taken care of. There is one incident I would like to share that is a prime example of the Three Stones service. I have two small pups. The netting tarps that were placed to protect my home covered my front & back doors. [Note, it was very effective in catching all the debris and keeping my home & yard safe.] By mid-morning, I was mentally trying to figure out a way to get my pups outside. While I was pondering the best way to do this, I had a tap on my back door. Mi
