  A Force Roofing person came to our house and I asked if we could add a gutter to a stretch that had none and then tie it into the existing system. The answer was yes no problem we can do that, so far so good. The 3rd party contractors (I thought Force did their own work, my bad for not asking Force's bad for not disclosing) show up to do the job and ask where I want the downspout which wasn't discussed with the original Force employee and they also said they are unable to tie into the existing gutters. The contractor says I have to contact Force to discuss. I call our original Force employee and he says that's the way it has to be if that's what they say. I ask about cancelling the job due to not being as originally discussed and the response I received was less than what I would consider professional. I was told if we cancel I'll not receive a full refund and I'll be charged (estimated at $300ish)for the crew coming out even though they didn't even have the right color gutters that day so they couldn't have even done work anyway. Obviously frustration was growing as I tried to get anyone with any pull at Force roofing to call me back and discuss options. I tried calling Force multiple times and finally realized they use an answering service. I called multiple times over the following days and was told that the owner would call me. (Spoiler alert....they never called). After not being able to discuss different options with anyone with any pull, I finally decided that I didn't want to be out the charge for the crew coming out with the wrong color and told them to come back the next day. I anxiously awaited for the call that was promised from the owner to try to just cancel the job as I didn't have a good spot for a downspout and didn't want one. The owner never called, the downspout was installed to empty right by the foundation of the house, and now I have to figure out where to route the water as it isn't tied into the existing gutter system.   Worst roofing company in Nashville by far!!! They damaged ALL of our landscaping, drank beer on the job, and some of the workers even used the bathroom in our yard!!! I would give them a negative review if possible!!

We do not allow alcohol or any substance abuse on our jobsites our around our customers or employees. We also do not allow anyone to use the restroom and our onsite Superintends make sure of this. Lastly, if we damage anything on our customers property we happily pay for it. We do hope you call us so we can resolve this. Thank you!

  They need new drivers, one of there vans cut me off on the interstate! I gave him room to get infront of me and they didn’t take it. I speed back up and he cuts me off and almost makes me hit the wall! Only to get right back into the other lane after cutting me and slowing way down. So what was the point!!

  This is a shell company that outsources everything (answering service and builders). I’m sure Force Roofing used to be good, but it is incredibly difficult to speak to an actual Force employee. I don’t know how they have such a high rating on here other than bribing people to take low reviews down. Answering service people are VERY nice, but don’t know anything about Force.

  After working with Force Roofing previously, I asked them to take a look at my roof for damage after a spring storm. They found that there should be enough damage for a claim. From the start we worked with Wesley Stocks. Our initial claim was denied, and after fighting it, it was denied a second time. Even though we had been denied twice, Wes was certain we could get the decision overturned. Wes fought with the insurance company for 8 months and kept us updated with constant communication along the way. Finally, the claim denial was reversed and a full roof replacement was approved. The product selection, scheduling, and installation process went very smoothly, which was very nice after the 8-month battle. If you are dealing with a tough insurance claim or just need a good, honest roofer to look at your roof, call Wesley Stocks and Force Roofing. We are so grateful for him and how they were able to get our claim approved and install our brand new roof!

  We had a great experience with Force Roofing. They were quick to respond, did a lot of investigating to find the source of our leak and then repaired it quickly. They even recommended some improvements to our existing roof that had been poorly installed 5 years ago by a different roofing company. Would recommend highly!

  We significant roof damage done to our house after the January 2026 Ice Storm. We called Force roofing, and they were so helpful with getting our roof repaired, and helping us navigate with insurance. Jake was great helping us through the process, and so easy to talk to. The team did a great job on build day! The whole job was handled professionally throughout the whole process!

  As a business owner, the measure of a business is what they are willing to do when there is an issue or a problem during or after a contract. I spoke with four different roofers to get feedback on a leaking roof, but Wes Stocks from Force Roofing Systems stood out head and shoulders above the other companies. Once he inspected the roof and gave me options, he went to work with his team and fought to get me the most coverage from my insurance company. It took a while, but that was because they wanted to have the insurance company see every aspect of the issues. In the end, the insurance would only do so much, but I was grateful for the efforts of Force Roofing Systems and decided to pay the rest out of pocket because I felt their work was going to be worth it. Brian from their team came out during the work to talk with me when we ran across a problem with a portion of the roof, but they took care of it and were patient in making sure all work was completed and that everything was done in a manner to leave my house looking as good and better than before the work was started. A roof is a huge investment in your homes worth, and your family and your valuables. If you get a company that won’t go above and beyond, you will be paying for that either in a subpar roof that fails in 10 years or less, or a roof that leaks or worse causing damage to your home. I am breathing a sigh of relief and have a greater sense of security and peace now with our new Force Roof Systems roof and it’s one thing I don’t have to worry about for my family and my home. Thanks to the team, to Brian and to Wes for their work and customer service.
