  Beware their billing practices. I used their financing, they then overbilled $3k plus. When I called them out and asked the loan be restructured all they did was send the loan company a check for the overage. The loan company is charging me the interest on that $3k+ overpayment throughout the life of the loan. They are not ethical.

  This company roofed our entire home. There was a leak. It caused black mold and staining inside of our house. They said they would fix it - they didn't. They sent someone out. He just spread tar around. Do not trust this company. They do not stand behind their work. The people that come to roof your home do not even work for them. They subcontract the work out. You will not be able to communicate with the people roofing your house. Nor those that come to fix the issues afterwards. This company left garbage and nails around our home.

  We used Tadlock for a new roof and have experienced a plethora of issues as a result. There were two vents not properly sealed during the installation, which resulted in a rodent infestation and drywall damage where rainwater flowed into our ceiling through one of the vents. Furthermore, the end result of the drip edge and flashing looked worse than before due to the sloppy application of the tar. You can see photos attached. The Pensacola office was unresponsive and rude, and we ended up having to go through corporate for any type of remediation. I would never recommend this company.

  This is the worst roofing company around. I had a leak just a couple of years after having my roof put on and when I called to have it fixed the girl that answered the phone first off stated I should contact my insurance company. I promptly stated no I am not filing an insurance claim on a warranty roof. I did not cover the brown spot on the leak due to I felt it wasn't really fixed. Florida is dry most of the time, so this past year (2024)(the roof is 6 years old now - put on in 2018)the same spot is leaking and it is going down the same line into another room. Its a pattern. I called earlier this year around May 2024, June 2024 and Danny the supposed supervisor came out (he fell and hit his face and was banged up pretty bad and in pain on arrival to my home, he really didn't want to be working but said he had to). He then wanted to say it was my solar being put on that caused this issue of leaking but not true, it had started prior to having solar added. When he tried to pull that on me I put him in his place and said no, solar did not cause this. This is caused from you replacing tongue and groove roofing with plywood and it not be done properly. I am unable to climb on the roof and inspect their work. I still as of November 19, 2024 have not heard from Danny or anyone from Tadlock roofing on fixing a leak that began way under warranty. When I told Danny this was not the Solor being added he stated "I was probably right, however, he still has not made any attempt to have my leak fixed. My neighbor used them too this year for a roof and states they have had water leaks and they did come out and supposedly fixed their roof but I still have not heard a word about fixing my issue. I would leave no stars if I could. I hate being ripped off and I should not have to fix an issue that should not have happened in the begining. I thought this was a Christian company but I guess not. Looks like an attorney in my future if something doesn't happen soon that

  Mr. Gonterman, We appreciate your feedback and take these reviews very seriously. That being the case, we feel that a response is due outlining the situation. We do not feel that there was a miscommunication on shingle type. According to the signed contract you selected a Owens Corning Duration shingle with full peel and stick underlayment, selected by you, as an upgrade for an additional cost. This is what was installed on your roof per the terms of the contract at the agreed upon price. Your roof replacement was started on 1/23/2023 and completed on 1/24/2023. There was not a weeklong gap in between tear off and installation of the new shingles. The issues with the HVAC system were not brought to our attention until after the job was complete and you received an invoice. At this time, we referred you back to your signed contract and job coordination checklist where on both documents it addresses HVAC lines that are run beneath the roof deck that do not comply with Florida Building Codes (305.5 and 1101.3). The FBC also requires our roofing nails penetrate the roof deck by ½ inch. This isn’t buried in fine print; our job coordination checklist has a specific line item where you acknowledged and agreed that Tadlock Roofing would not be held responsible for HVAC/utility lines run beneath the roof deck and not within code. Tadlock Roofing strives to provide exceptional customer service and while we understand that this was an inconvenience and additional expense to you and your family, we do not feel it is fair to be held wholly responsible for something that was not caused by our own negligence. Last, as you know, we did split the cost of the unfortunate repair with you, the client, as a gesture of goodwill to support our efforts and good service. Thank you.

  I was told job would be completed in 2 to 3 weeks. It took 2 months. When materials for roof installation were finally dropped off at my house two weeks went by I called asked why haven't they started, I was told although they dropped materials off they forget to schedule the actual installation which took another week. Thank goodness I called. After job was completed they left my back yard trash with things they were suppose to remove. The front yard had roofing nails everywhere. I reported the poor clean up to loc Pensacola office and was told someone would come remove everything a month later no one ever came. Lastly, they were suppose to install a chimney cap, they forgot and didn't tell me until I asked the $599.00 be removed from my invoice. Poor communication and poor clean up and poor follow follow up. Very disappointing.

  From estimate to final inspection, Tadlock Roofing personnel were friendly, professional and on time. The roofing crew started early and stayed late, in spite of the extreme heat, to ensure my roof was finished in a timely manner. .   Tadlock replaced my roof about 5 years ago and I noticed recently 1 piece of fascia board had separated from the roof. I was going to get my ladder and nail it back myself but I decided to call Tadlock instead. I called the office and sent them a pic and Taylor came out that same day and fixed it!
