  Sent someone out to measure for a siding job. After a couple of weeks passed I called and was told Danny would call by the end of the day. Never heard from him or anyone else. No need to waste my time. Just say you don’t want the job.

  Had over 10 quotes for siding and these guys were the highest - wanted 30k for a 15k job . Be careful you don't get taken advantage of with this place . So glad I went with another company . Moral of the story - avoid greedy people that overcharge .

  Thanks for the feedback Sharise! Looking through our documents our estimate to replace the vinyl on your rental was $18,260. Not sure where the $30k came from. Sorry for your experience that is not the customer experience we strive for. Reach out to the office to discuss please.

  Someone from their company came to my house and was going to send a quote for a repair. He came but I never received the quote. I called and they said they would reach out to the gentleman that was supposed to send it. Another week went by and still nothing. I called again and they said a manager would reach out to me. That also never happened. If you did not want my business all you had to do was say so.

  The roof is great, however the job took four weeks longer to start than they promised and they did not do a good job overall. The shingled part of the roof is good, however, they left lots of rotten fascia board, used a lot of drip edge pieces with bends and dents and as you can see in the photo, they sistered all the rafters under my carport which looks absolutely horrid. At the time, I lived over 1k miles away so I didn't realize how bad it was until weeks later. I spent the last few weeks carefully removing and replacing fascia boards, cleaning up nails that were literally pouring out of my soffit and soffit vents and pulling nails from my tractor tires. The quote was for 18k and my final bill was 22k. NOT RECOMENDED!

  Please think twice before dealing with Guy Brothers Roofing. We are *currently* entrenched in a nightmare ordeal with them, and the Department of Business & Professional Regulation for the State of Florida has now been made involved due to Guy Brothers’ blatant disregard for this State's laws. Long story short, Guy Brothers Roofing made false claims in their Claim of Lien that work was completed with ‘last items furnished’ in January 2025. This work they are claiming was completed then specifically included repairing and tinting a custom glass door panel Guy Brothers’ workers destroyed during the roofing job that took place several months prior, way back in August of 2024. Guy Brothers Roofing’s claim this work was completed is false. As of writing this review on 2/21/25, the tint job has numerous bubbles and would not reasonably be acceptable by anyone. We’ve paid for ~80% of our roofing job . Rather than do the right thing and properly fix the damage this company did to our home, they prefer to bold-face lie about that damage being fixed and are now claiming a lien against our house. —- (FL. Statutes) 713.35 Making or furnishing false statement.—Any person, firm, or corporation who knowingly and intentionally makes or furnishes to another person, firm, or corporation an affidavit, a waiver or release of lien, or other document, whether or not under oath, containing false information about the payment status of subcontractors, sub-subcontractors, or suppliers in connection with the improvement of real property in this state, knowing that the one to whom it was furnished might rely on it, and the one to whom it was furnished will part with draw payments or final payment relying on the truth of such statement as an inducement to do so commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083. A state attorney or the statewide prosecutor, upon the filing of an indictment or information against a contractor, subcontractor, or sub-sub

  Came out gave an estimate and then wasted my time just to find out they couldn't fix my issue telling me to call other places. No fix no resolution and getting a hold of someone at their office is a total hassle

  Good and Bad....I used them on two properties one roof replacement which was fine the other was a roof repair which was not good, went almost two months waiting for a leak repair with the promise of them getting to it this week or next then there was no communication until I initiated contact at which time they could get to it the next.day. Look at other reviews it appears they don't, although they advertise they do, like repairs if that is the case be honest front and allow the customer to find another source.

  I normally don’t give reviews, but this time I felt I needed to recognize this company. I’m building a house and needed a roof. I called the office and got a guy named Jason Guy who was by the way so polite and explained everything to me. He made it such an easy process. Not to mention, he was cheaper than the other two quotes I got. He always answered the phone when I called with questions. They were quick to do the service and their guys were very clean and picked up after their self after the job was done. I definitely recommend this company!

  We had a great experience with Guy Brothers Roofing. They were professional, efficient, and completed the job much faster than we expected without sacrificing quality.
