  I called at 8 am requesting same day service bc I had a rodent to chew a hole somewhere in the roof and we're expecting a lot of rain this evening. The person that answered said he could get me in today and the person would be able to give me an estimate and make the repair. 5 hours later I received a call from the scheduled technician stating that he could not come and even if he did he would only be able to give an estimate. That's not how you do business!

  Our Experience started off Horribly by a dump truck parked in front of our garage blocking exit of vehicle on Mon @6pm..My Husband tried numerous times to contact company No luck No permission to do this on our property and it was within our right to report and get towed..But we tried to wait patiently and Never got it Towed..but due to being blicked in missed out on an appt andit cost me a $200 consultation fee for a job I had scheduled.. they start on wed bc of us being so upset over the whole situation felt like they rushed to do a 2 day job in a day My Husband then says the man in charge accepted all responsibility and wanted to Apologize to me so I go to front door and say Good Morning.. He looks at me and no apology no acknowledgement just walks away..they finish that Wednesday evening so I get off work and come home and white truck blocking my driveway in they're Quality Roofing truck same man he sees me pull up open My Garage and I still have to roll down my window and ask May I get in my driveway? HE responds truffle with give me a couple of minutes..I ask how can I help him since he's on property he says he was coming to see how much we like the new roof I should have asked Him if Blocking Homeowners driveways is his MO..but didn't ...but did advise him to talk to my Husband who he has been dealing with ..when he asks me if he's home ..I say his car is not in driveway..No he's at work..I go inside he's been on property and he hasn't came to door to see if he was home..then 15 min later I come out to let my Dog out he's stiil outside but parked on street right behind my driveway..and then he jumps out quite aggressively and asks me (What can I do for you Now..or are you just letting dog out) Which i respond with my dog and I'm done talking to you and went back inside w my dog.. I really Hate to complain but this whole experience started out Bad Disrespectful and upsetting and progressively got worse I'm a grandma w a heart condition and I definitely had a

  We are fortunate that ending result was good. Crew showed up 4 hours late & caught attempting short cuts. We had people still on property at 930 at night. We would not recommend or use again.

During our inspection, we identified that the existing roof—installed by another contractor—was not built to code and was the primary cause of the leak. Even with these challenges, Quality Roofing Solutions returned to correct the gutter concerns at no charge and offered a detailed repair quote to help protect the home. Our team is committed to providing honest, high-quality roofing services, and we regret that this situation left you feeling dissatisfied. To clarify, the removal cost included in your original estimate covered the removal and disposal of existing shingles. Once your roof was opened up, we discovered that a significant portion of the decking was either rotted or below current building code standards. These conditions cannot be identified during the initial inspection, as the decking is beneath the shingles. As a licensed roofing contractor, we are required to bring roofing structures up to code and cannot leave a roof exposed or incomplete once work begins. Our Production Manager, Angel, met with you in person to explain the required changes and review the change order before moving forward. We also waived the labor charge for removing and replacing the decking to help ease the additional cost. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with our Pensacola Area Manager, Adam, yesterday. He followed up to provide further clarity and confirm that those discounts were indeed applied. Thank you for giving us that opportunity. Your roof replacement was completed in less than a month, from your first contact on June 17th to completion on July 14th, including weather delays, material coordination, and holiday permitting closures.   Well the job was completed. it started on may 9 2024, was not completed with all the descrepancy till Aug 16 2024. Last team supervisor Daniel was able to bring the job to a close. Most of the associate very pleasant some did not know their task. What is promised at the signing of the contract was not what was delivered. be aware of the additional cost added to the contract.

  I highly recommend Quality Roofing Solutions, they check all the boxes. John Hoyt was great with all the attention to details and putting the quote together just as I needed. Jimmy Perez was outstanding making sure everything went as planned right down to the very last detail. The roofers made it look easy even in that brutal heat. Cheryl Murphy was very professional getting the wind mitigation and warranty documents I needed promptly after the job was complete. I am very pleased with everyone involved with the project. You were the only representative out of the 3 bids that actually had on hand visual items to look at and touch. You also did not come on as a pushy salesman! I thank you for that. What you told me about the entire process is exactly what happened, even more! You are a true asset to Quality Roofing! Thank you again.   Recommended by a friend and the reviews were plentiful and positive. I called for a leak and they came out the same day. After discussion and some research on my part I called them back and decided to replace the roof(21 years). Scheduling was easy and they worked with my schedule and were even able to schedule me a week later. The paperwork a process was simple and straight forward. Lots of emails so create a folder as it will fill up your inbox. The staff was friendly when I called with questions and I was treated politely. Workers came out, removed the old roof replaced a couple boards and proof the new shingles roof was complete. The roof team arrived at 6:30am left at 6pm’ish then returned the next morning and cleaned up and were gone by 9am! The required permits, inspections and wind mitigation was all included and made for an easy process. I’ll give kudos all around and I will recommend.them to friends.
