  Not a bad roofing contactor, but certainly did not meet the standards of what one would described as 5 stars. Would not use again myself. Broke a window on the home, did not net the exterior like their advertising showed and was told. Also was told they were a Master Elite contractor with GAF and later found out they were not at the time, so I didn't qualify for full warranty with GAF. You replied that you were transparent. You were not. You did apologize and agreed that your salesman was selling a "Master Elite" and you were only "GAF Certified" The salesman point blank told me you were about to be certified as Master Elite and would be certified to offer the full warranty. You told me that the owner had a conversation with all sales people to stop saying you were going to achieve and able to provide the warranty of a Master Elite installer. Your company admitted this. On the window, I understand accident happen, but in your documents you sold the fact that you went to extra precautions to shield the home, via netting, to protect the exterior. You did nothing of this to my home. You are far from a 5 star company. You even stated false information in your response. I've included an image you included in your bid proposal showing the extra protection you would provide that you did not. Also, looking currenting at the GAF website, it shows five local roofing contractions earning the Master Elite recognition to offer the full GAF warranty and Buckworth is not in the five. So people use a full Master Elite GAF contractor.

During your project in Pensacola, FL- August 2024, there was an accidental window break. While that’s never something we want to happen, we took immediate responsibility and had the window fully replaced at no cost to you. We believe it’s important to stand behind our work and make things right when issues arise. Regarding the GAF certification and warranty, we want to clarify that you were provided with your warranty documentation after the project was completed. We are always transparent about the warranties our customers receive and make sure all paperwork is delivered accordingly. We understand that every project experience matters, and we’re continuously working to improve communication and execution across the board. We do appreciate the opportunity to have worked on your home and wish you the best moving forward.

  My insurance raised my renewal rates due to roof age. I spoke to Buckworth and they sent someone right out. They listened to my problem, understood what I was up against and helped me wade through the options. They sent me a quote with 3 different price points and provided a clear and straight forward list of items included and not included. They handled all the permits and after I chose my colors and the following week they showed up and before I knew it I had a beautiful new roof. I am bit of a perfectionist and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and the piece of mind the new roof has gave us. A huge thank you!

  It's like going back in time when people were polite and respectful. Dillon is very refreshing to deal with. He answered my questions, some before I even asked. He even answered questions that didn't involve his company making money, WOW!!! There are many scammers in the roofing business, they collect payment and you never see them again. Dillon explained the payment process and it made me feel completely comfortable that we were dealing with a legitimate business. At my age, it's like having a grandson in the business dealing with Dillon, lol, I didn't mean to make a joke, many thanks, Jon and Pam

  Buckworth Roofing replaced the roof on our home. We’re very pleased with the process and the finished roof. Hunter and Teresa kept us in the loop during the process. Hunter was on site to help keep things running smoothly. Dillon also came by during and after install to check on things. Felt like we mattered. We would recommend, as well as use them again.

  We recently had some damage from a storm which required a new roof, Dillion came out quickly and got the process rolling for my insurance as well as walking us through the entire process of the work beginning to end and In no time we had a new roof installed. him and his guys were extremely professional from start to finish and when they were done we couldn’t even tell they were ever there. I cannot say enough about this company. I would send them to anyone needing work done. 10000% satisfied

  Dillion and his crew were very professional throughout the whole process. Dillion explained the whole process from shingle selection all the way to final permit inspection. The crew were timely and did a great job protecting the yard throughout tear-off and install. I would highly recommend Buckworth Roofing for any roof project you have!
