  If you're looking for a roofing company that fails to start on your roof when they say they will (multiple times), doesn't have the professionalism/courtesy to then give you a simple follow-up phone call to reschedule/keep you updated, one that has almost non-existent communication as they don't respond to voicemail, email, or messages left with the office secretary, one that you have to file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, BBB and threaten with a lawsuit just to get your deposit back almost 8 months later. If this is what you're looking for then Freeman Roofing is the roofing company for you! Call them immediately and book your headache today!

  I’m extremely disappointed with Freeman Roofing. We were promised a refund back in September for work that was supposed to be completed in December 2024 after Helene. Since then, we’ve tried repeatedly to follow up, but my husband and I have now had our emails blocked and they will not answer our calls or respond in any way. At this point, we’ve been waiting months for a refund that was clearly promised, with zero communication from their side. This has been a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I cannot recommend this company.

  I’m sure the quality of work is fine however dealing with the office/scheduling is so past ridiculous. 4 months to get a roof on after I paid deposit! Serious lack of communication and promises of “this week..” never happened. Doesn’t answer phone calls. Requested deposit back twice and was about to get an attorney when roof was done. then, not 24 hours after receiving invoice I get a snarky voicemail of “getting this paid today” repeated 3 TIMES. We own several homes in Florida…. Will NEVER use Freeman Roofing and will tell our associates the same I don’t know how they received “best in Florida” If this is the best Florida can do, I’ll bring in a crew from out of state!

  Not sure how this company has managed to last as long as they have with their poor customer service, poor scheduling and virtually non-existent follow up. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Do not recommmend

We are especially disturbed by your interactions with our team, which clearly demonstrate a profound lack of customer care and business understanding. There is simply no excuse for any of this.   This company is a scam, please do not use this company. They will take your deposit and then ghost you. I’ve called multiple times and every time the office just says “we’ll find more information and call you back”, but do not call back. I’ve texted the person who originally came out to give the quote, no response, emailed the “manager”, no response. Please beware.

  They have been great. Their customer service is great and their installer team is great. They clean after themselves and keep our gate closed for our pets. This is the second time we use them and I’m sure we’ll be using a more in the future.

  Hurricane season is never fun, but having Freeman Roofing on your side to help expedite the insurance claim process and get a new roof on the house in a timely manner (before the next storm) was important. I would personally use again and recommend. Good communication, customer service, and quality work. Love that they are a family run business with decades of experience locally. Must note that because this was during Hurricane Sally AND COVID, prices definitely a lot higher BUT in line with industry standards. So don’t let the pricing of that period scare you. They are competitively priced and a great company to work with!

  Shawn was great with handling our roof choices, scheduling and add-on needs. The crew did a super job. They were hardworking and conscientious and replaced some bad wood decking here and there as we'd previously discussed. Skillful workmanship. Although it was expensive, the other two bids we'd gotten were about the same. In summary, there were no surprises. We chose a top-grade brand of shingle. We pretty much knew everything we were getting into ahead of time. Yes, I would recommend Freeman Roofing. Best regards . - Vance

  I recently had my roof replaced by Freeman Roofing and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were extremely professional, quick, and efficient. The team showed up on time, got the job done faster than I expected, and left everything spotless when they were done.   The process of having a new roof installed overall went well, it was after the work was done that we had issues. We cleaned up a very large about of nails from our dog pen and from our gravel driveway even though the company was to do that. That negligence could’ve been really bad had we not borrowed a magnet on wheels from someone and did our own cleanup. Overall a decent experience just surprised by the lack of clean up done even though it was clearly mentioned in the scope of work.
