  Ridgeline had their entire crew parked at the neighbors home while re-roofing. Since the workers could not get out of the driveway they drove over our landscaping and water sprinkler and tore out/pealed out of our driveway. The owner came by to look at the damage and promised to try to fill the holes, ect. We've not heard from them since and do not feel this is very professional. The owner of Ridgeline should have taken care of the situation without us having to make a follow up call.

  I had many problems after the roof job was done it took from dec till yesterday to get the problems fixed hopefully. I encountered some very nice people but also the most unprofessional people that were extremely rude and loed to me multiple times.

  Found this company through my warranty company and he was out within a day and helped resolve a leak issue. Answered all questions after and helped educate for future wear and tear and maintenance. Greatly appreciated working with them.

  Josh was so professional and knowledgeable about roofing. He is an experienced roofer and it was such a pleasure to meet him. He helped to alleviate my concerns about the roof and quickly identified what I may want to consider to protect the life of my roof. He also adjusted a gutter while at my home. He is truly appreciated.

  I had a great experience working with this construction company. From the beginning, their team was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Initially, Philip took the time to thoroughly explain the roof repair process, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the work that needed to be done. His communication was excellent before and throughout the project, keeping me informed about scheduling, progress, and next steps. The team was reliable, knowledgeable, and delivered quality work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy company for roof repairs and construction services.

  Absolutely phenomenal service. From the very beginning Addam was a wealth of knowledge and supported us along the whole way of getting our roof replaced. Not only that but there crew was amazing and fast. They finish my 3k sqft roof in 1 day! Cleaned up and tidied every try into up outside afterwards. Highly recommend!

  I contacted Ridgeline to have my skylights replaced. As a result of miscommunication between the sales person and the installer the job was not completed properly. I was not home to see it at the time. When I got home I contacted the company immediately. Alice, the office manager was very helpful and made sure that as soon as the weather permitted she would get someone back to take care of everything. Today Josh came and did a wonderful job. I can't speak highly enough about him. When he left everything was clean and great. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Alice and Josh!

  Had Taylor come out to take a look at my roof and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was on time, very respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through what he saw, answered all my questions, and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary work. It’s hard to find that kind of honesty these days. Highly recommend reaching out to him.
