  I see a lot of 5 star reviews and it makes me wonder if the company recently went through some changes because we had a much different experience. Absolutely awful care for our home and us as customers. We paid $10,500.00 months in advance and checked in multiple times ensuring we were on schedule. Day of work and day after work started we kept being told materials were delayed. Not sure how that works when the materials should have been ordered well in advance for our job. I had to baby sit the entire project every day from the team not knowing how to work with HVACC and side around and under it without me doing the removal myself. We ordered a custom replacement window for a garage window that we were told showed up broken by one person and another didn’t know it was supposed to be ordered. I’m assuming it was forgotten. During work a window was broken, replaced with a cheaper window and company tried to charge us full price for the original window we ordered before coming to terms and covering part of it. Roofing was damaged ($500/ tactical did cover this) Thanks to Oliver. Demo team destroyed dryer vent and hose and pulled on it so hard it ripped the vent hose through the wall detaching it from our dryer, $400 to have HVACC come and repair (not covered by Tactical). Demo team completely broke both outside faucets causing leaks that if left unchecked would have ended up leaking behind new siding. $320 (not covered by Tactical). Before work was even completed and knowing we still werent happy due to the team cracking multiple sheets of drywall replacing the window they broke. GM was calling telling me he needed payment immediately as he needed to pay his crew. I don’t know who is doing the budgeting for this company but demanding payment prior to work being done is silly and telling the customer that the company can’t pay their employees is pretty obsurd. GM’s response to these additional issues caused by his team he did not take responsibility for and brushe

  The Tactical Roofing team installed a metal roof for us in the Sunriver area. They had the asphalt shingle roof off in one day then installed the metal roof over several days. The team was great, Aaron was very patient with all of our questions and the roof looks great. We feel much better with a metal roof for wildfires so will sleep better now. Thank you to Aaron and his team. Would recommend in a heart beat.

  On October 7, 2025, Aaron, sales representative for Tactical Roofing came to our home in La Pine, Oregon to give a qoute (I had requested) on 240 square foot deck roof for shingles roofing. The quote was fair and Aaron stated he thought it could be completed no later than 2 weeks out. We accepted his quote and I went to their office to pay a 50% deposit the next day. I was told that I was in a queue with 10 jobs ahead of mine and getting it done within the two week window would be tight. As this was a very small job, probably taking no more than 3 to 4 hours to complete I requested that, if possible, it be "squeezed" in among other jobs in our area. The best Tactical's office manager could commit to was they would try. I texted Aaron and voiced my concern. He assured me it would be completed within the two week window, even if required him coming out to do it. I was contaced by Mariah, an associate of the office management team, on October 15 informing me Tactical Roofing would be on site the morning of October 17th. And, true to his word Aaron came out at 9:00 that morning and put our shingles roof up in just a little over 3 hours. Now, lest you think I did not perform due diligence in attaining other quotes, I did. I contacted 4 other roofing contractors. Aaron with Tactical was the ONLY one who was willing to listen to my counter offer to his estimate; he was the first contractor to contact me and be on seen when I requested an estimate; he also was the MOST professional and showed genuine intereste in what my/our needs were by being a very good listener, even though I knew it was a small job with little profit margin for Tactical, my words, not his. When he arrived to do the job, Aaron asserted that one of their other actual install teams probably could have done the job within the 2 week window. However, as Tactical had/has a very busy schedule, he decided to get get it done, to put my mind at rest. Aaron, who was a roofer for many years before going into sale
