  Hello Mr. Bonner, I am very sorry we could not meet your expectations for your gutter project. I did dig into the specifics of the project and it looks like someone from our office quoted you $70.00 to run a short piece of gutter for pickup from our shop, all over email. I sincerely apologize. This was a definite mis quote on pricing. When you reached out 6 months later we caught the mistake and quoted you the correct price at $125.00.   NWQR did not address my problem. They cleaned first story gutters and resealed mitered corners and charged $899 which they did with 1 inexperienced guy over 4-5 hours. They never addressed the problem of water pooling under shingles in one area and leaking behind the gutter between the gutter and the facia board. Then they bugged me for months to pay their outrageous invoice. Other folks spoke highly about them. I would not.

  These guys did an incredible job all around, from scheduling while we were traveling abroad to accepting payment nearly a month following completion of the work! The roof looks great, the rep I worked with Tyler was also incredibly friendly and worked with us to get pricing where we needed it to be. There were a few minor things that needed follow up following completion of the roof that they sent guys out for immediately to correct. All around great experience if you're looking for a roof replacement and/or roof repair. Thanks!

  I am very happy with my new roof. The color is great and the quality of the material is exceptional. The staff and crew are friendly and helpful. The crew worked carefully around the house and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof work. They are the BEST!!
