  8/18/26 UPDATE: Discovered they did not pull any permits as required by Deschutes County for my roof. DO NOT USE these people. I have a small 1176 sq ft home. 5/22/26 had to babysit crew & stop them from putting the shingles on BEFORE removing the bad plywood. All day I had to tell the crew what was supposed to happen. Shingles added and my roof came out looking "warpy". ripples that were not from tresses or the shingles themselves. I was told to give it a month of warm weather "hopefully" the shingles will relax and warpy effect is alleviated. The crew left their trash for me to clean up. 5/23/26 no real clean-up effort & roof looked terrible. They also failed to do items outlined in our contract. Quentin came out 5/26/26 & agreed the roof was not to "their specs". 6/2/26 New crew sent to the house. 1st crew used 3.5 inch nails EVERYWHERE. So my eaves now have large nail holes & cracked wood where they had used the wrong nails. Bliss feels "its fine" as they clipped the nails from stabbing anyone. They used magnet & completely missed a bunch of nails & staples that fell 2-3 ft away from house. I have dogs. My total payment contained items not used on my house. Supposedly a refund of those items is on its way to me. After Crew 2 was "done" with my roof, no one came out to check the work. "The guys signed off that everything was done". Bliss does not understand that just because a worker says it was done does not mean it was in fact done or done correctly. Everyone asks "whats up with your roof?" and points out all the defects and errors with it. Only input from Bliss: lets give it a month" & "please don't post a review". Yes, they asked me what they could do to stop me from leaving a review. As of 8/18/26 I've had multiple inspections and all state the roof is not up to code, needs to be torn off and redone correctly. Moving forward with complaint with the contractor's board as Bliss' only attempt at remediation is to offer me $2500 in exchange for signing a

  I did not choose Bliss roofing of Bend to do my roof - I chose another roofer. I chose the other roofer because Bliss came to my house and insisted on inspecting my attics. After the inspection they insisted that they install additional soffit vents. The price quoted was more than two-times the other roofers. This was with the same-day signing discount for the roofing contract. After their representative left I received a quote for $41,000 for the same service and product that other roofers quoted for $19,305. Here's my advice: There are a lot of roofers in Bend. Make sure to get at least three quotes.

  In full disclosure, I didn’t use their services but want to share they quoted me twice as much as other companies in town. Their sales rep was friendly but pushy. Get a second quote before going with this company!

  Everything from the quote to the finish product was awesome. Everything was cleaned up without even a nail anywhere. And they were very fast. Less than 8 hours from start to finish.

  Arrived early, completely the job in under 6 hours. Left my yard and driveway in better condition before they arrived . Excellent quality very polite and professional! Would highly recommend them! Thank you

  The crew was extremely efficient; each individual worked collaboratively with his coworkers allowing for a big job to be completed in a day. All materials are of great quality and the clean up afterwards was exemplary. The end results are a much improved roof that will last a long time. We would highly recommend Bliss Roofing.

  Bliss Roofing was professional, efficient, and competitively priced from start to finish. From Brian’s thorough inspection and detailed quote to Quinton and his crew’s excellent installation, the entire process was seamless. We couldn’t be happier with the results. The upgrades made to bring things up to current code standards give us added peace of mind and will be a real benefit if we ever decide to sell.   We were very impressed with the service that we received. For starters Brian Kemp showed us kindness by sending our dogs calming treats and customized a thank you note with our dog's names on it. The crew that worked on our house were amazing. They aim to please. The billing and scheduling through Abbey was painless and very courteous.
