  After numerous times seeing different company vehicles failing to use their turn signals around town, it suggests to me their attention to detail is very much lacking. When you're unable to perform a simple task while driving a branded company vehicle, how are you going to hack through a roof repair with any care? Get it together.

  Sandy, thank you for the feedback. We do take this seriously and want to add some context. Our contract and primary communication throughout the project were with the homeowner, who was kept informed. Roofing work, especially during the tear-off phase, is unavoidably messy for a short period, which was communicated upfront. We always complete a full cleanup once the job is finished. Regarding the solar light, after reviewing the message thread, you did confirm the replacement with our team and we missed that. That’s on us, and I truly apologize. We’re still happy to replace the light as discussed. We stand behind our work and take pride in delivering a professional, well-communicated experience from start to finish.

  Hello Loren, Thank you for taking the opportunity to post this feedback online. We clearly missed the mark. As a company, Greenlee prides itself in growing our roofers internally. This particular roofer has been with our company for some time, and your home was his very first solo project. Please know that this is a learning experience for him, and additional training has been provided so that this never happens again. After confirming with our team, I see that we have some of our leadership scheduled to come back and correct this mistake. As to the cigarette butts - I am so sorry.   We had a great experience using Greenlee for our full roofing job in early July 2026. I would highly recommend them and their crew, they were able to get us scheduled quickly and get the job done in about a week or less. They replaced 2 of our skylights.

  My first experience with Greenlee Roofing was to have them install 3 skylights in my living room. They did excellent work, and my living room gets much better sunlight than before the installation. After the hail storm last fall, my insurance company determined that my entire roof needed to be replaced. Greenlee did the roof replacement as well. They are a reputable and professional roofing company.

  Greenlee did a fantastic job on my roof. They installed a metal roof with a snow guard and it looks great. We chose Greenlee as we had another friend recommend them and they are local and their bid was competetive. Professional and couteous. Thanks!

  Greenlee Roofing sent someone out very quickly after I contacted them. Everyone I communicated with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their communication was always timely. It took less than 3 days to complete the new roof, they did a great job, and cleaned up every day. And the price was very reasonable. If you use them, tell them Yvonne sent you.
