541 Roofing & Heat Coil

The only one or two-star review we hold for 541 Roofing & Heat Coil.

I was not impressed with my experience with 541 roofing. The final bill was much more than was discussed, and when I had another contractor check their work it is costing me over $6000 more to fix their mistakes. Go elsewhere if it is an option.

SS Sterns, we log every call and canvassing appointment into a CRM management system and nobody in our office or sales team has any record of you. If you can provide a valid contact (address, phone, etc) we will be happy to discuss. However, we do feel this is a malicious and fake review and will be reporting it to google for removal. Further, most of the roofs we sell come with an aggressive warranty so if you are paying $6000 out of pocket without contacting us first or GAF who holds the warranty, that is not our fault. We back our workmanship 100% and would never do this to a customer. Show us who you are and we'll make it right.

541-Roofing is the way to go. We had a little bit of a scheduling issue, but Eric the owner called me directly and took care of it all. They showed up at 7:15 and were done by 12:15, that's including tear off and new shingles. The crew paid attention to detail and everything was done great as well as cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact they are so good, they did my neighbors house and my parents house too! -Adam

I had an amazing experience with 541 roofing. Eric and his team are great to work with and extremely patient. His staff worked with us to ensure we had what we needed and the project went off without an issue. Actually, the only issue we had was that my wife accidentally ordered the wrong colored shingle. Mallory made a few phone calls and got us back on the right track. The day of the install, his team was professional and did an amazing job. This was a big job but when they were done, my yard and driveway looked better than when they arrived. Highly recommend 541 roofing.
