  Couldnt answer a basic question. It was all about getting my contact info. Once they have your details, it is night and day spam. One simple question answered would have moved us forward in most cases.

Fortunately, we record every call, including yours, so we can clearly evaluate what, and how our staff responded to your requests. First, regarding your claim that we "couldn't answer a basic question" — the recording of your call tells a different story. You asked our admin for a price on a 2,000 sq ft home. Rather than give you a meaningless ballpark, my person offered to pull satellite measurements and deliver a 95%-accurate estimate within an hour — at no cost and no obligation. That's not avoiding your question; that's going above and beyond to give you a real answer instead of a guess. Regarding contact information: My receptionist only asked for your address so he could run the satellite measurement and offered to use the number you were already calling from. You expressed concern about calls and texts, which is completely understandable — but the receptionist never pressured you. You said "Okay, I appreciate it" and ended the call on your own terms. As for the email you received — we want to be transparent: you received it because two years ago you set up an appointment with us and cancelled. That is the only reason your email was on file, and it is the only outreach you received. The email was a single, one-time message we sent to past contacts to share information with anyone who may need a better financial option that having to do a full roof replacement. The video linked in that email exists solely to explain that option clearly and honestly. We never sold your information. We never spammed you. One email to a past contact about a money-saving service is not spam by any reasonable definition. Any subsequent attempts to contact you was to remedy any confusion or disappointments.   We originally reached out in hopes of getting gutters installed. We were told last Thursday that someone would reach out the following Friday to schedule installation. We never heard back. We have tried calling, left a voicemail, we texted and emailed Omar as well with no response. We have taken our business elsewhere and no longer wish to work with your company due to the lack of professionalism.

  Sergio was very rude and hung up on me. Very unprofessional didn’t even answer the phone professionally. I asked a simple question and he just hung up. Didn’t even bother to call back. I will make sure to spread the word to all my contractors and customers TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!

  Edit: Responding to the owner. No, this was not a result of wind damage. All the shingles that were falling off the roof were in the same section of the roof and none of the neighboring shingles showed signs of curling or any indication of wind damage. The shingles were not installed properly, plain and simple. About 4 years ago I had T Town Roofing replace our roof. A couple months ago some neighbors were having new roofing installed, one of the roofing companies noticed that my roof was missing a couple shingles. They asked me if I would mind if they did a free inspection to assess the damage, so I agreed. These are the pictures from their drone. We had 4 missing ridge caps in total. In one spot I was missing 3 consecutively and had the weatherproof membrane completely exposed. I had one strip of shingles missing entirely, and two adjacent ones barely hanging on. And they didn't cut the shingles with pointy edges pressing into our gutter. I called T Town a week ago, they said their installation quality warranty is only good for 3 years, so they charged me $800 to come out and fix their issues. They admitted that their installer probably was using their pneumatic nailer too far from the compressor, so the nails weren't going in all the way. All of these shingles and problems were on the same side of the house, which means likely more shingles will be coming down on that side. They patched our roof yesterday, and while they were there noticed a couple other places where the nails were coming loose. They replaced those shingles too. I said "This is supposed to be a 15 year roof that's coming apart after 4 years because your installers didn't do their job." They offered to fix any other problems for free for the next 3 months from yesterday. It's not nothing, but pretty close to nothing. So now we just have to continuously inspect our roof for the next 11 years or so and look for more falling shingles and bare spots and then pay out of pocket again to fix the origina

  Mr. Radovich, we are disappointed that you are not happy with your service. We installed your roof to code 5 years and there is no record of any leak or roof issues since installation until the recent windstorm that caused the damage to your roof. Our rep explained to you that the damage was a direct result of wind damage from the high winds that caused damages to roofs all over Tulsa. Even if you were under warranty, T-Town does not warranty against storm damage. The damage to your roof was not caused by improper installation, and our roof advisor explained that to you. Customer satisfaction is important to us, but we cannot be expected to warranty roofs against storm damage. No roofing company would be in business if they did so.

  They replaced my screened gutters with gutters with no screens causing my gutters to always get clogged and full of leaves then refused to fix my problem then filed a lien on my property this business is crooked and was just trying to pocket money for a job that wasn't needed do not call on T-Town roofing for your roofing needs.

  Almost got hit by one of their black trucks because they couldn’t wait for me to turn off of the road. I have never seen such a professional vehicle drive like such a crazy person! This is really unacceptable they could have easily hit me and if they don’t watch out it could end someone’s life. All I ask is to be on your drivers better!!

  Don’t used this company to get your roof repaired. Terrible service had to wait forever to get repairs done. They promised to take off $500 for my husband being veteran. They didn’t. Then after we paid what was on the original contract their trying to gouge us for more money . We used T-town in the past and had a great experience but this time it’s been a nightmare.

  I didn’t want to give them any stars but it wouldn’t post unless I put one star . Worst experience ever . I would not recommend them , their office was ran insufficiently as far as notifying what the balance due you might owe , from what insurance didn’t pay. . They won’t notify you by mail, phone call, email or text , until the day they slap a lien on your property. Then they want to charge for things their office didn’t put on the invoice after the fact . They say we are giving you a discount for their mistake which is a joke . My advice is DON’T use T-Town roofing .

  I had worked with James in 2016 when the house I moved into needed a roof badly. I was a single mom of three and not alot of money. You literally had to hurry home when it rained to put all the buckets and pans out to catch the rain. He worked with me and put an affordable roof on my house. Then May of this year we got hit with a really bad hail Storm that did alot of damage so I contacted James and he sent Matt out and they came up with a plan and worked with my insurance and got me a better quality shingle then I was able to afford last time.

  I have a house in Tahlequah I am selling and needed metal roof repairs. They were literally the only ones that would help. They were so helpful came out the next day. Very helpful and nice people. I am very satisfied with everything so far.

  If I could give higher than 5 stars ⭐️ I would ! Omar and his team are absolutely amazing. Very professional and got the job completely finished in 1 day !
