  Left me all summer waiting to repair my roof. Called twice for information and was placated by the person I dealt with. I guess if the job isn't big enough to suit them or if you have not the greatest insurance, they aren't interested. After waiting to hear from them another 3 weeks, I hired another company who worked with me and got my roof replaced right away. I thought Nuroof would be a good company, but I guess not. I'm very disappointed in this company

  They said we needed a new roof along with a three thousand dollar estimate I went and got multiple second opinions and the other companies said my roof was great and would last many years. …

  I had tried to hire these guys to fix my roof. I spoke with Stephen, who promised to meet us on site so he and the claims adjuster could make sure all damage is accounted for. Well, day of he was a no call no show, he isn't returning calls, and they've apparently completely abandoned me as a customer. If you can't get this part right you're not gonna get the job either.

  Didn’t practice social distancing guidelines at all which was very annoying. Also asked for referrals over and over the whole process. Better to go with someone else.

  Chris Merriott, Owner, does not return text messages or calls. I had a new roof by NuRoof in Sept. 2019. Nails are still coming through in my bathroom ceiling. I have tried contacting him several times by text, phone and through office secretary. He will not respond. They damaged my RV and never paid for damages, took every bit of my insurance money for roof leaving nothing for gutters, etc. Crew left feces in my yard daily and never an apology or offer to clean up from Chris. Do not recommend NuRoof.

  My husband met with Brandon and it sounded like a fair price for the small amount of work to be done. However, after waiting for 3 weeks for service they finally scheduled a day. My husband took the day off work and no one showed up. We provided ample time to complete the job. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. We read all the reviews and thought they would be great! Lesson learned.. don't trust reviews!

  NuRoof did an amazing job replacing our roof, and the entire experience was outstanding. They helped us through the insurance claim process, worked directly with our adjuster, and explained our policy so we understood everything along the way. They even came out twice to tarp our roof before the replacement, which gave us great peace of mind. Taylor was always friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions we had. We truly appreciated the excellent communication and professionalism from start to finish. I highly recommend NuRoof to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust!

  NuRoof did an excellent job repairing the damage to our roof and gutters on our house and detached garage. They showed up when they said they would and finished both roofs the same day. The gutters were replaced a few days later as well as the paint on the exposed wood. We are beyond satisfied.

  I can not say enough amazing things about this company. There is a non-profit building that we have here in Inola called The Ministry House. We reached out to them in need of a little assistance. They were so willing to help! Thanks so much from our little place we love to call home.
