  Would love to give a better rating as I'm sure they do excellent work on roofing. However, I find it completely unethical for a business (especially with what appears to be a decent reputation) to remove another local small business roofing signage and replace it with their own. Never have I had another company do thus. Completely baffles me and I hope they address this and go and correct what they have done. I'm sure we are not the only ones.

  Do not use this company. If their employees have to do 60 mph plus to get to work down Memorial, then i"m thinking they can't handle their commitments or even be on time for a job much less work. Don't you have GPS on your trucks? Check out Licence Plate PKY-635. Maybe start his shift later so he doesn't have to go that fast...

  The gutters weren't angled correctly causing back flow. No backing was installed either. This ended up causing a lot of water damage to the trim, eves, and edge of the roof where it run under the shingles. They came out and reset the gutters but refused to repair the damage. We would have to remove the gutters just to replace all the trim. Now we have to hire someone else to fix the damage.

  Austin Carothers was a very personable and knowledgeable specialist. He picked up things about the construction of my roof that other roofers either missed or didn't care enough to explain. He has all of the qualities of integrity that I look for when hiring anyone: honesty, trustworthiness, accountability, consistency and respectfulness.   Mike came out to check a roof vent cap for me. He climbed up on the roof and fixed it in short order. I’ve used Rain Tech to install guttering, replace my roof and repair wind damage to my roof. They are always prompt, professional and very competitive in their pricing. I highly recommend them. Recently I had some storm damage from the strong winds and had to have some shingles replaced. The crew from Rain Tech did an outstanding job. They were very thorough and did a great job matching the existing shingles. I highly recommend Rain Tech.
