  Absolutely rude customer service, I called asking about gutter guards and was hung up on. Not sure where it is acceptable to just hang up in peoples faces, especially as a business.

  I would never recommend this company to anyone ever. We were first misled about the financing and interest fees, assured that the crews were “in-house” when they weren’t, and given paperwork claiming they have BBB accreditation which is not true. The morning of install, a crew (who we were told was in house, but that was also not true) showed up inside our gated backyard at 6:20 am without any notice. No call beforehand, bell ring, or knock, just people in our backyard before anyone in the house was awake. Ten minutes later, they started banging on our roof and woke us all up in a panic. There was supposed to be rain that day, and we had made it clear that we were fine waiting for the installation if it meant that they wouldn’t run into rain in the middle of it. Instead, they went ahead and rushed through it to get it done by noon. The most disturbing part, and the reason why I’ve still chosen to leave my review 2 years after install, regardless of attempts at reconciling, I personally witnessed one of the roofers urinate on the tree in our small backyard (which was full of children’s toys, and we live right in front of an elementary school) while our daughter was home and could have been looking out the window at any time. That behavior is not just unprofessional—it’s completely unacceptable. I did speak with Mr. Conrad, and while he apologized sincerely, I do not feel there is anything that can be done to make this “right”. That was the final straw with this company for me. They later sent us two insulated tumblers and a gift card with an ‘apology’ note, but that won’t buy my silence or excuse what happened. The only positive was the gutter company they use were punctual, respectful, and professional. Three men showed up and were done within an hour, seemingly taking their time and were very clear in communicating with me respectfully while they were at my home. I did let them know they were welcome to come in and use my bathroom- I’ve learned from this expe

  Please DO NOT use Conrad roofing. While getting my roof replaced those guys shot a nailgun through my siding to hold it up I guess. My siding probably had 12 holes in it. Now, they tried to make it right by replacing the siding. But it’s not 100% what it look like previously and we’re just assed out. Also we got three quotes- 11,000, 15,000 and 20,000 dollars. Conrad’s was the most expensive by thousands. The lowest price was T-Town roofing. Go with them, never Conrad’s. They were pushy about us using their finance company which we did. I’m thinking they are a Finance Company and not roofing company and they just contract roofers. I hope this post makes them lose at least potential customer. There are hundreds of roofing companies. Save yourself and literally choose anyone else.

  Conrad? More like Con Artist! Took 23 days just to get quote for a leak on a 5 year old roof. And was $1,000 higher than 2 other companies. They told me water test on roof was free before they come out. Then hit me with $298 for the water test and temp seal. I didn’t say put calk down or tare off a shingle they just did. So when I paid over the phone I was told I’d receive an email receipt. Not only did I not receive a receipt that day, my account did not show anything paid. I waited 4 days thinking it would take a couple of days. When it still did not show up, I called back to let them know. A few hours later they called back saying the card number was ran 4 days ago when I called and sometimes it takes a few days to show up. I asked why no receipt was given. They “will look into it.” While on the phone this time, the charge suddenly appears. They lied/mislead on everything, even payment. I just wanted to pay and cut ties.

I will refund the full $298 for the water test/temp seal. 2. If you’re open to it, I’ll personally arrange a no-charge follow-up visit to re-check the leak and make sure your roof is protected. 3. Internally, I’m addressing two things immediately: • Clear consent before any on-site work (no surprises). • Same-day, verified receipts with confirmation so this doesn’t happen again. • Faster turnaround standards on leak quotes so no one waits like you did.   Litterly forged my signature while I was in the hospital and put a lean on house and then tried to say it was me that signed. No way possible, i was in quarantine. These guys are crooks. Stay away. I really hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. I recommend Mcpride. To. The response. Have you attorney contract me. I am ready for him. Everything I said was true. Look at the signature, not mine, you saw the difference and, now the attorney General of Oklahoma is getting involved. You are gonna learn the hard way and a 100k plus lean on my house, all you did was a roof , now i can finally afford an attorney, you are screwed. See you very soon......   Shawn, The lien on your property was around $2,500.00. We performed services at your home and you regretfully didn’t pay what was owed. A lien was rightfully placed on your property, along with 5 other defendants that placed liens on the property that you owed money to. Your property went into foreclosure and once the foreclosure processed a payment was issued to Conrads Roofing for the amount owed. This is all public record that can be looked up on www.oscn.net by searching your name. We have copies of the check and court case at our office if you or anyone needs them. Conrad’s Roofing

  Never call this company to do an estimate on your roof. If you do,….you’re automatically signing your insurance coverage over to them. They overcharge the roof and they promise you’ll be happy…but then when I point out flaws, they don’t …

From the very first inspection, Matt was incredibly thorough — he took the time to walk us through every detail of our roof's condition and didn't cut any corners. What really stood out was how hard Matt worked on our behalf with our insurance company. He handled the back-and-forth, made sure nothing was overlooked in the claim, and made sure we received every benefit our policy actually entitled us to. It's clear he genuinely advocates for his customers rather than just pushing through the easiest option. On top of that, the installation crew was fantastic — efficient, professional, and clearly experienced. They got the job done quickly without sacrificing quality, and cleaned up thoroughly when they finished. The whole process felt transparent and stress-free thanks to Matt's communication and follow-through.   We had some damage from a EF-1 tornado but the insurance company denied it. Week later huge hailstorm. Re-filed the claim and approved. The constant was George with Conrad’s. He met the adjusters every time. He actually was at my house at least 6 times before the work started and came out after to inspect the work. Professional run business and would recommend them to anyone
