They did my roof in July 2011 and which included a ridge vent that they failed to install properly causing the shingles with 50 year GAF system plus warranty to fail in under 15 years. No warranty on workmanship past 5 years, and appears …

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all reviews seriously, and we'd like to clarify the record for anyone reading this. Arrowhead Roofing has never had you as a client. We completed this roof for the previous owner on 06/25/2011, and an extended warranty (#574702) was issued on 07/15/2011. You purchased the home "AS IS" on 04/24/2024, and per your own account, the inspection at the time of purchase identified a shingle product defect. Neither you nor the legal owner contacted us at that time. Had we been notified, the roof very likely could have been replaced under the shingle manufacturer's defect coverage - but the warranty was never transferred to you within the required 120 days of closing. We also want to clarify that ventilation is unrelated to the manufacturer's product defect on the shingles. These are two separate issues, and the failure you're describing is consistent with the defect identified in your own pre-purchase inspection. We stand behind our workmanship and our warranty process, and we're glad to answer any questions a current or prospective customer may have.

Had a small leak. Asked if they were local to the eufaula area as my local roofer was not responding. Lady on the phone said a project manager did live in the area and would reach out to him to get ahold of us to look at/fix repair. I said it was not an emergency but I wanted someone close that could come look/repair it before a week of rain came in. She said no problem. That was Monday, it is now Wednesday and they are saying $500 to show up as an emergency, or they can schedule someone to look at it Friday and then schedule repairs later after that. That was not what was discussed or wanted. I'm certain it is some caulking around a dormer on our roof that needs it but I am out of town and wife home alone and pitch of the roof is pretty steep. Thanks for nothing Arrowhead Roofing. I'll do it myself when I get home. Additionally, project manager doesn't even live in the area. Another issue. Untrustworthy and don't do what they say. Will never use them and will encourage everyone I know and ever meet to not use them.

Robert, we’re sorry that you had a negative experience and would like to provide some additional facts and information. You first reached out to us on Tuesday 3/3/26 at 4:16 pm (NOT Monday) regarding a known leak on your dormer with upcoming severe weather. You stated that there was already caulking on your roof and you just wanted additional caulking added. You also stated at that time that your normal roofer was not returning any of your calls and you wanted someone to come out immediately. Our project manager (who lives within 20 miles) returned your call that same day at 6:46 pm. to gather details and understand the situation. At that time, you were told that we could not get on the roof while it was raining or wet. You then requested that we coordinate with your wife since you were out of town and that you would provide her contact information in the morning. The following day, Wednesday 3/4/26 at 9:25 am, you forwarded your wife’s contact information. The project manager called her that day at 9:28 am and left her a message. She promptly returned the call at 1:00 pm and it was explained to her that an emergency dispatch is subject to our minimum charge. If the call could be done Friday, during normal business hours, the appointment and evaluation would be free of charge. Your wife chose to do Friday, subject to weather, since she said that was her normal day off. It was also explained to her that a properly shingled and flashed roof does not need “additional caulking” and that we needed to investigate the problem so that a proper repair solution could be determined. Re- caulking is NOT a solution. Everything was fully explained and a standard free appointment was scheduled. You called the project manager back the same day 3/4/26 at 5:25pm cussing and screaming and stated that you were losing your mind over the leak. The project manager told you to immediately stop talking in that manner. At that time, you continued your cussing. Based on your

I had to call 3 times to get someone to come out and give an estimate. Once I had that, it took me calling twice in one day to get the scheduler to let me know they would be coming out that afternoon. Follow-up and communication is definitely an opportunity that would improve customer service.

Poor customer service. Contacted for a bid on a commercial roof replacement. Multiple calls afterwards with no response.

Scott, we are saddened to hear that this was your experience with our company. We inspected the commercial property that was for sale on April 8th and provided you with a verbal estimate on April 15th. When we attempted to email you it was returned undeliverable, and our phone calls to you were unreturned. We wish you the best. Sincerely, Arrowhead Roofing

Mr. McIntire, after learning of your review, we searched our records and found where you sent us a request via our website on 7/1. Due to inclement weather at the start of the new month, we were experiencing an influx of calls and requests and it appears that your internet request was never processed. We're sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

I had a horrible experience with Arrowhead roofing, what I thought it would be a quick new roof replacement turned into a four month waiting game. It took them one month after my my insurance approved the claim for them to actually work on my roof4/19. The roof was completed 5/31/19. After they completed my roof they had ceiling work to be done it took them another month to do that 6/18/19, The ceiling ended up bubbling and it took them two weeks to fix it. Then came replacing the carpet I didn’t receive a message, It took Colby a month and a half To actually send me text message Picture samples of carpet. Keep in mind there was a few phone calls and text messages wanting to know Estimated time when we would get our carpet install, His excuse was that they had a lot of work and we’re behind and now his carpet guy was down with a bad back. He advised me that it would be better for me to do the carpet myself since his carpet guy was down, I declined and I told him he would do it because we didn’t have time our summer was super busy at that time. When I finally picked out the carpet and it comes to my house I run my hands through it and it completely falls apart. He found the cheapest carpet he could find for me to put in my house I told him that I wasn’t taking that carpet and I would find my own and install it myself. I also found out by my insurance company that he sent in additional charges and contractor fee ($3,000more) with out my Knowledge it seems like he white it out the original quote and sent off more fees. When it came time to paying him he would call me every day I told him that it was a process just as he told me and I would have his money on Friday. Are usually don’t do reviews but I got a really bad taste in my mouth from this company and I just felt the need to let people now. It sucks to be in a situation like that and feel like you but being put on the back burner.
