  Can’t speak to their work but can confirm atleast 2 of em drive very aggressively on a regular basis

  We have dash cameras on our vehicles to monitor driving and for safety to Avoid situations like this. It is very rare for our trucks to drive together, especially on a regular basis. Can you call our office (918-402-7167) to give us more information so we can sort this out? Ask for Austin Fricker. We do not condone poor driving regardless so if this is true, we need to understand the situation.

  I am indeed an actual customer. We spent thousands of dollars to have our roof and chimney repaired—it was done very poorly and failed quickly, leaving us with leaks within a year. Now we’re facing the cost of proper repairs from a reliable company, having to pay all over again for something that should’ve been done right the first time.

  Thank you for your feedback, I apologize that there may of been an issue with the installation of the repairs, We have reviewed your account and We have called 2 times to get a better understanding of the situation (we may have an out of date phone number for you). We couldn’t find any records of any calls about any failing work to our office since we did the repairs about 2 years ago. We want to make sure that if there is an issue with our work, we make it right. We will try to reach out again tomorrow during business hours and see if we can find a solution to the current situation. Thank you!

  Using A.Fricker Roofing and trusting they have your best interest at heart is the biggest misconception. Never ever let them work with your insurance company. They will overcharge you by 3 times the going rate. Make them quote the job or do not hire them. They are the biggest smoke blowers I've ever met.

  We apologize that you feel this way. We have reviewed your file and confirmed that you only paid the deductible as per the agreement between you and your insurance provider. Insurance paid the entirety of the balance of our roofing contract excepting only your deductible. Contractors are required to communicate with your insurance provider to ensure that your roof is “whole again” and to ensure no over charges. This process is not something the insured is able to “profit” off of as you have alluded to. The invoice submitted to you was for the exact price that insurance approved. Our company operates with the upmost ethics and always seeks to make this process as easy on clients as possible. We believe we accomplished this for you despite your inability to profit off of your claim.

  If you like your time wasted, then this is the company to go with. I had them out to the house about a month after the Father's Day Derecho. Jeremy came out, walked my roof then gave me a rough estimate. He promised to send me a full quote, but needed a few days. Fast forward 3 months later, they called to ask if I need anything else done to my roof. When I informed the caller they never contacted me back and never did any work for us he acted surprised. I told them I don't care to do a business with their company. Later that same day I received another call from Jeremy. I again informed him I am not dealing with his company. Now, two days later, I receive a text thanking me for my business and asking me to review their company. So, here you go.

  We sincerely apologize that you didn’t have the experience that you should have with A. Fricker Roofing. After the Father’s Day storm, it took everything we had as a company to maintain the amount of phone calls and appointments and unfortunately we had a couple that did fall through cracks but that’s why we have our office reach out to double check and do the best we can to avoid anything falling through. When we close out a job, it asks for a review, it wasn’t intentional.

  Im very sorry to hear this, we spoke to the technician that visited your home 7 weeks ago to gather information and he explained that your repair wasn’t probably the best fit for our company and that you would most likely get a better outcome contacting someone more specific to your needs. We sincerely apologize if there was any miscommunication or misunderstanding but it is never Jermey’s intent to be rude or not want to help. We hope that you understand and can accept our apology!

  The Fricker Roofing guys were great! They attacked our roof replacement project with a crew of men and got it done in a day and a half. We experienced quality workmanship, friendly workers and they left our property exactly as it was before they arrived. They protected our landscaping and cleaned up everything including the countless nails that came off the old shingles. Sam Harrison represented Austin Fricker and the company extremely well! They delivered on everything Sam said they would! This was a relatively painless process for us and we really appreciated that!
