  Ok if you need a small business not for fast larger jobs

  Traci im not sure why you chose to leave me a one star review. Can you refresh my memory on the project we did for you? I would certainly like to review it and see where we could have been faster or accommodate larger projects. My number is 8593801376. These reviews are very important to me and my roofing family and pride ourselves on the rest of my wonderful reviews so please get in touch with me so you can help me improve. ...update......I do not have you in any database or emails or any trace of you as a customer. Again please remind me of the project that we did for you as a paying customer. It would really help me out. Your title as a Google review guide has shown me that you've reviewed alot businesses and I want to make sure that we've had interaction before. Thanks so much and have a wonderful day .....update...9/14/2025....no response from this reviewer to reach n out to me. Fortunately this is not a paying customer or anyone who I've had any interaction with in the past or currently. Its a shame that someone can come on these platforms and make such inaccurate statements about my business and leave me a 1 star rating. I hope you find something better to do with your time as I've seen where you've reviewed countless other businesses. I wonder if you've done the same with them as in reviewing the business and never stepping foot in the door. God bless you and have a good day.

  This clown put a new roof on my house and my bedroom ceiling completely collapsed due to leaking. Then he refused to fix it and I paid another company to fix his mess. Stay far far away

  Youll have to bring me up to speed on exactly what transpired with the whole scenario. If you had to have another contractor correct any issues I'm happy to talk to you about what had to happen to make you whole and also offer you possible compensation for any extra expenditures on your part. I believe this was quite a long time ago when I first was in business. Of you'd be agreeable to speak with me about it I'm at 8593801376. Of course I apologize for any dissatisfied feeling you may have about this. So please contact me. I will always try to make things right with any customers who feel this way and you can read my other reviews and they are very few and far between. I've not had a phone call or email or text message. With calls from other review sites it seems that this person has only one purpose with this review and that is to sully my name. Again I'm willing to discuss and make and do what's right. But I have to have contact. Again still waiting

  Whole side of my house is messed up because they didn't secure the gutterto the house properly.

  Ralph.......I have no idea who you are. Nor did I receive a call text or email about your satisfaction or lack thereof. I would have corrected any issue you had if I had been. So as far as I'm concerned......your problem.....is your fault. However being the awesome fella I am......I am more than happy to revisit your situation free of charge and if your issue is due to my work.. I will cover any repairs at no charge

  I believe I remember who this might be which it's not a customer of mine at all. And from what I understand God Rest her soul as she has passed away from an overdose. As far as using profanity while on a job putting a roof together. If it were in front of a child or female we would apologize immediately. Not to mention we are not up there doing taxes. We are doing hard labor and it hard job which we are very proud of and do good work

  These guys are amazing. The piece of mind they gave back to me by answering my questions and explaining the process was truly wonderful. They were honest, gave great advise and reasonably priced. I fully recommend to anyone looking to replace your roof.

  Tommy was able to help me and my company with some trim, flashing, roofing, and gutters. Easy to work with, quality work, and made sure the homeowner was satisfied with every step of the ptoject before moving on. Highly recommend.

  Way cheaper than everyone else in the area, helped me deal with my insurance, got the job done quick, & my roof looks great. Super friendly guy & will be sending people his way when they need a new roof

  Tommy and his team were phenomenal! They showed up on time, were very professional and I had a brand new roof on my garage. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend this Veteran owned business.

  I just had a couple small things that needed repaired—a couple seams resealed and a downspout extended. Tommy’s crew was prompt, polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

  My home is a five year old Drees Home. Had a leak in my master bathroom. Drees would not address the issue, so I called Tommy. We had rain coming the next day. I assumed it was leaking around one of the roof vents. Tommy had his guys on my roof within four hours. Repaired the area and inspected my entire roof. Made other repairs while they were up there. He could have told me $500, and I would have been okay with it. Charged me third of that price. Roof is repaired, and I am staying dry.

  Tommy and his team were great to work with. Pricing was good and they were quick and efficient. In addition to a gutter repair they hung new shutters for us. We will definitely hire them again!

  I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of work as well as personal communication in regards to TPS (roofing). The work was done within a timely fashion and even after completion (communication continued). I will use them for future projects and even beyond. I thank them for the superb and outstanding work which was completed.
