  CAUTION: Synergy Roofing seems to be operating without a general contractors license. If you are repairing or replacing your roof after a storm using homeowners insurance, you will be asked to show proof of repair from a licensed company. I am going through this now and cannot renew with my current insurance company because Synergy is not providing their contractor license number which is required to show proof of repair. It is costing me several thousand dollars on an increase in insurance rates through a different company. I have reached out to Joey multiple times to clarify or rectify this issue. To date, he has not returned my calls over the last several weeks. The company nor Joey are listed in the state contractor database. Edit: Following the reply from the business owner on 11/8/22, I checked the Louisiana Contractor database and confirmed that he was recently licensed with the state as of 8/15/22. He was not licensed in 2021 when the work was performed as he indicated in his response which is VERY misleading as he was never in communication with my insurance company. Move forward at your own risk.

  Mr. England. We are a licensed contractor for the state of Louisiana. Your insurance company called me and requested I send them the documentation for your roof replacement, at which I did. I followed up with a phone call to make sure she received the documents and she said she had everything she needed. Feel free to contact me for further assistance.

  Soooooo apparently they say they came out and they say they called and left a voicemail non of which actually happened so when I leave a negative review days later then it is ok to call and badger me about the bad review. Maybe if you were this concerned about your work this wouldn't be on here. You could of just as easily called and tried to better the situation instead your star rating is more important than actual work. Be warned if you call this company because if you leave a negative review they will call you.

  Job well done, from the quote to our roofs (home and detached garage) being replaced we were treated with respect and professionalism. The crew was there in a timely manner and was very efficient. We would recommend Synergy Roofing.

  Great job. Detail oriented. Left the property so clean you wouldn’t have known a new roof went up the day before. Communicates well and always on site making sure the job was done right.

  On Sunday morning, Joey and his two-man crew showed up ready to work, only to find the job was much bigger than anyone anticipated. They never backed down. Instead, they pushed through a full day in the 95-degree heat, giving it everything they had. At 9:00 PM, they made their final cut, packed up their equipment, and then faced a three-hour drive home. That's the kind of dedication, work ethic, and commitment you don't see every day. An ATTA BOY is definitely in order for Joey and his crew for refusing to quit and getting the job done. If you're in need of roofing repairs, give Joey a call. You'll be glad you did.

  I am so grateful to Joey at Synergy Roofing for my roof repair. He is very responsive to new clients as I was a new client. My neighbor has been a client for many years and recommended Synergy. I needed a flat roof repaired and some shingles replaced. He and his team did an outstanding job and also cleaned up the area. Some workers leave a mess after they finish the job! The price was fair and very reasonable. I highly recommend you call them if you need anything. I will be a repeat client!

  Highly recommend Synergy Roofing. They installed our roof, part metal and part shingle and did a great job. Owner was on site the entire time and his crew was efficient and kept everything clean. Looks great.

  I have rental property in Gretna, and Synergy Roofing was quick to respond with a great quote. Joey was efficient and explained everything thoroughly.   My roof was done in 1 day! Everything was clean and picked up and one would never know there was a crew working at my house. I needed my roof replaced quickly and Joey had his crew out to my house by the end of the week. The price was 3 thousand less than another company. Thank you, Joey @ Synergy Roofing!!
