  June 2026 Updating to provide a second experience. We needed to find someone to install a Costco pre-built pergola. Called owner Phil, and wa-la! He hooked us up with 2 great guys who put the whole thing together and pinned it to the concrete in one day! All for a very reasonable price. Many thanks, Phil! You’re the best We had a fabulous experience with Superior Exteriors and Interiors! They installed a high quality GAF roof that also provided us a discount on our homeowners insurance. Not only that but price was nearly half the previous quote I had. The owner personally insured the work and post work cleanup was done to our satisfaction. This is a high integrity business that doesn’t chase storms but provides a quality job at a reasonable price. That included a 40 year pro-rated GAF warranty on shingles and a 10 year workmanship warranty at no added cost! Chose Superior and get peace of mind.

  Our gutters were leaking and undersized for the roof area. SE&I evaluated our needs, made recommendations and provided a competitive quote for the gutters downspouts and leaf covers. The crew arrived as promised and went to work first removing the old gutters then installing the new larger gutters, downspouts and leaf protectors. They did a great job keeping the job sight clean, were polite, easy to work with and worked safely. When the crew was done they wanted us to walk around to ensure satisfaction. We highly recommend SE&I.
