  This company is an absolute nightmare. Stay away and spend your hard earned money (they are not cheap, on the higher end when comparing estimates) elsewhere. You are absolutely going to get bottom dollar work for top dollar prices. Everything will end up subcontracted out to unreliable and terrible workers. I knew there were things that I was clearly being taken advantage of from the start of my project, as a single woman, which was only made even more abundantly clear when I noticed and began having problems with the work that was done and other contractors confirmed the scope of the work was insufficientand subpar. Allegedy they had came to rectify these issues several times while I was conveniently at work, and still the same problems persisted. Here I am a few years later, and have all but lost $30k in work by getting the worst siding, fascia, gutters, and work done by this company. Most of my aluminum has blown off or became unattached - this after they have have assured me they came and rectified it. Furthermore, there was a major structural concern that wasnt addressed- this after I begged and made it very clear from my initial consultation that this was my primary concern with my home. IT absolutely could not have been INSPECTED BY THEIR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER given that I have now had the entire project torn apart- literally and am having it addressed appropriately by a new company - they gave me a shotty patch job and expected it to never come to light after they assured me a "structural engineer" came out to evaluate before they could proceed. Come home from work and its all patched up "good as new" and they assured me they got the okay to proceed, conveniently unable to see the scope of work done, and given it involved structural supports it wouldve also needed to pass a building inspection.. which also didnt happen - learning this only after its been address for real now. Clearly THIS IS NOT the case, with this company. They will never hold any accountabil

  Project Supervisor didn’t show on day of roofing to supervise SUBCONTRACTORS. We could not communicate with SUBCONTRACTORS due to language barrier. Ripped tarps full of holes to “protect “ property…nails everywhere . Chimney flashing installed wrong (even tho originally told it’s “fine”)..had rain coming in attic after. Did send INFINITY employee to do flashing correctly. Never had roof inspection after completion-exposed nails on house roof/not sure on garage because we didn’t climb up there. Vent boots redone a second time and look like crushed cans over vent pipes. 🤔Too many issues to put in review. If we would have been told this company SUBCONTRACTS “their crew” we would not have hired. You lost 5 potential jobs because we would never refer this company to family or friends. Offered $150 inconvenience reimbursement-wow. Talk the talk in your commercials-try some honesty and have a supervisor on site to prevent a fiasco. So much double talk with communication after project-employees obviously don’t communicate because your answers don’t match. If a Supervisor would have been at project as promised maybe this would not have been such a ….show. The project should have been put off until supervision was available-we were in no hurry. Get Real.

  Do not care about the properties around the house they are doing. My driveway is partially blocked by them, tarps in my yard and debris from the old shingles in my yard. Also have ladders resting in my yard.

  Contracted with them to do a roof tare off and replace plus gutters. When they contacted me about when they would start working they didn't show up on the 1st day and second day they were 5 hours late. I was expecting them to do the tare off and clean up on the first day and install the 2nd day as that was normal procedure a while ago, both they did it all in 1 day and didn't leave here until 8pm and I find that unacceptable as I normally leave for work at 5pm and they had me parked in and they also took liberties about parking in my neighbors driveway and she was parked in also. Completely unprofessional as they took my antenna off and damaged my old gutters that hasn't been replaced yet and didn't put the antenna back on the roof leaving it to me when I was told they would put it back in about the same spot. I am just going to put it somewhere else for now until I get the stuff t.mount it on the chimney. Still waiting for them to contact me for the gutters and when that will happen, hopefully they send out a better crew with better time management skills and professionalism as I will not be recommending them to any as I paid cash up front for services Update, they came back and did the gutters. Not happy with that either. When doing the down spouts they didn't give me or ask if I wanted anything to get it away from the house. They just took the plastic ones we bought to put on the old downspouts on. I wanted the kind I could flip up and down. They even just screwed the plastic ones to the new downspouts. I will never recommend these guys to anyone unless they want the job done quickly.

  About four years ago, we had the Infinity Exteriors team bid on our home project. We were doing an entire exterior remodel. They were right in the middle of the rest of the bids but it was clear that Jake and his team were experts and he connected with what we wanted done with our home. We are extremely happy with the work that they did. Now they were our first call after the tornado hit Menasha a couple weeks ago. I wanted somebody local that we could trust… Not a storm chaser. Through this new storm damage process, Jake and his team have been extremely helpful. I highly recommend Infinity Exteriors to anyone looking for a job well done at a reasonable price.

  When a tornado hit our area, our home suffered exterior damage.  Reaching out to Infinity Exteriors was the best thing we could have done. Jake and his team answered our call right away and came out to assess our property faster than we thought possible. They followed up promptly with all the information we needed for our insurance claim and were there every step of the way as we worked with our adjuster. They live and work in our communities, and their professionalism, commitment to quality, and steady communication made a chaotic situation completely manageable. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them closely as we re-build!

  Infinity Exteriors installed siding and gutters and fascia on our home. I cant say enough about how wonderful the home looks and the awesome job done by all.   I recently had new siding installed by Infinity Exteriors. The end result was much better than I had hoped. My house is beautiful!   Issac was great to work with during the estimate process and understood what we wanted done on our home that is 114 years old and our garage roof. We scheduled late fall for spring and just as promised they tackled the garage roof before winter then the aluminum soffit in spring. The soffit was custom. Bent to match the character of our home. It turned out awesome! Ricky the project manager was prompt and courteous with explaining how the process would work and was thourough on explaining reasoning on any questions we had. Very professional and knowledgeable!
